The Mystery of the Ribband of Blue Pt.3
NUMBERS 15:37-42
37 ¶ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations (notice – this was for all future generations), and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:
39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD (it was connected to the word of the Lord), and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: (This Blue Ribband was to be a constant sign of remembrance before their own eyes, for them to remember that they had received a word that had been given to them by an exodus prophet for that hour – that they were of a heavenly origin, a holy nation, a people who had been called out of the darkness of a Laodicean age that have taken their flight into the heavenly realms of the skies of blue.
40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
41 I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.
*In this day – as believers of the message of the hour, we know that we are now in the third exodus of being led by a prophetic ministry, and this is the age of blue of what we call the eagle age of where we (as eagles) are to fly into heavenly places, because this is the rapture age.
And so this ribband of blue is a type of the Holy Spirit in the form of the unveiling of the word, of the removal of the garment that concealed.
This blue ribband is a type of the eye salve that has been given to us in this hour to keep our eyes from straying onto the things of the world as we are journeying along through the wilderness of the sin of this world.
Heavenly places are the realms of what we have come to term as the opened book of the revealed word of this hour.
The Mystery of the Ribband of Blue Pt.3
*We always want to keep a balance with these types of subjects as they can seem a little more abstract from the general line of things of what we are sometimes used to.
*We know for sure that we can never exhaust the word of God, but there are seasons of which we pass through certain places of truth, and then we move on from that subject until God is ready to open more to us at a later stage of our journey of which we will then be built up on that truth even greater.
*This subject that we have been looking at of this ribband of blue is a truth of something of what God has written about in the bible, and not just in one place, but in many places.
*We found it written about with the children of Israel on their wilderness journey, and we also found it spoken of in the story of Ruth when she requested to be covered by Boaz’s skirt, and then also in the New Testament with the woman with the blood issue that touch these ribbands of blue that were attached to the hem of Jesus garment, because she knew that Jesus was the one of whom the scripture spoke of in Malachi 4 in that he was this one that had risen up with healing in his wings of where these blue ribbands were place on the hem of his garment - and so she knew that there was a power of healing that was laying in that skirt (His wings), and that it was available to her if only she could make contact with these ribbands of blue.
**And so for this women with the issue of blood of 12 years, it was the power of a complete healing for her, and for Ruth it was the power of redemption and marriage, and so these two woman of whom came in contact with these ribbands of blue were placed in the bible as a prophecy for this end time age and of an end time woman (church) of which has been ordained by God to also made contact with this same ribband of blue for this hour.
GENESIS 1:3-4a (This is the record of the first time that God spoke)
3 ¶ And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good:
**Light is such a good thing of which we so often take it for granted – but light is a very precious gift that has been given to us from God.
*Because if we would stop for a minute and to try to imagine a world with no light in it, and without even the perception of light – what a very different and lower level of world and life that that would be.
I JOHN 1:5
5 ¶ This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
*One of the early lessons and experience that God allowed Brother Branham to go through was the time of when he almost went completely blind. It was then that he really leant the value and the privilege of the gift that we all have to be able to see clearly, and to perceive colors, and to experience the unlimited glories of the creation of God that light reveals.

E-20 …One time I was blind, so blind I could just make out objects, and they had to lead me. My eyes are 20/20 now, because Jesus Christ healed me.
***And so not only did God create light, but he designed our bodies with eyes that were able to comprehend the colors of which God had sealed up in the mystery of that light that He had created, because without light, there are no colors.
**And so God is the creator of colour, but we cannot detect the mystery of the colors that are contained in light until that light reflects off something else or is shone through some sort of prism.
**And this is why we find that the nature of God has to reflect off things like the stories of people’s lives in the bible, or the stars of heaven, and the pyramid, and botany life, and bird life, and animal life – all of these things have been given to us in order to reflect the nature of God.

28 …A prophet is a reflector of God. He is made so that he cannot speak his own words. It has to be God's Words that he speaks. He's just like a reflector, and he is God's mouthpiece.
**And so just like colour is because of the reflection of light, everything in nature is a reflection of God. And this is why the old man in the boat fishing with young boy said that when he looked at all of God’s creation, all he could see was the reflection of God. Everyone else had told the little boy that you couldn’t see God, but the old man knew that all those things of nature were placed in the world in order to reflect and to reveal God.
**This is why that we can only really see light by the refection of that light in the form of colors. And so we can know for sure that colors are symbolic in some way to the revealing of God.
GENESIS 9:12-14
12 ¶ And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:
13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
Colour is detected by the human eye when it perceives the different wavelengths of light from the object of which the light is reflected from.
We perceive a red object only because it reflects back the frequency of the red spectrum of light.
We perceive a blue object only because it reflects back the frequency of the blue spectrum of light - and so on.
In other words, each variation of colour has its own specific frequency.
*And then the way that the human eye detects these different colours, is because that God has designed the human eye with three separate colour receptors (blue, green and red) called cone cells of which these different cells have different pigments that are sensitive to their own specific range of wavelengths of light: blue (shorter wavelength), green (medium wavelength), and red (longer wavelength).
*And so when light reflects from an object, it then stimulates these different cones to varying degrees of percentage, and then the brain combines these signals to give the perception of the exact colour of any colour within the full range the visible colour spectrum.
**And so it is the brain that is actually interpreting these signals from these three types of cones receptors to perceive the full spectrum of colors.
This is also the same principle of how your printer can print any colour from just three ink colours - cyan, magenta, and yellow, with black as an add on.

**And so colour is a big thing with God, because it was the thing that was sealed up in light.
**There are four colors associated with the wilderness tabernacle.
The first one was purple, the second one was scarlet (red), the third one was white, and the fourth one was blue.
**And these four colours also correspond to the four gospels. Because Matthew reveals Christ as the King which was purple (the royal color), the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Son of David.
*Matthew starts by tracing the genealogy (because the scepter will not depart from Judah until Shiloh comes). And David was a king from Judah, and from David it comes to Jesus. And Jesus is the Son of David who is going to inherit David’s throne of kingship in the millennium.
*Then Mark reveals Him as the Ox, the atonement, the sacrifice of blood, which was the red, the scarlet. Just like we saw with the red horse rider of the second seal, the colour represented a revelation of the spirit of a sacrificial animal.
*Then Luke reveals Him as God in man, deity in human flesh (white is pure – like divinity) the Son of Man being revealed as the human divine person, because there was never a man like this on the earth because He was without fault, He was without spot or blemish – that is why the white horse rider of the first seal tried to imitate him.
*And then John was the flying eagle of the prophetic anointing, the “Eagle Age”, the mysteries revealed.
The picture of an eagle flying into an expansive sky of blue, because this is the age of the blue of where the eagle flies into heavenly places. It’s the rapture age, it’s Revelation 4:1 “Come up higher John”, leave the earth and fly up and into the blue of the heavenly realm of where the Holy Spirit is revealing the word and bringing things to your remembrance.
**And so it is clear to us that these four colors are related to these four living creatures, because Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John were the Lion, the Ox, the Man, and the Eagle anointings.
And so this heavenly colour of blue corresponds to John’s gospel and also to the book of Revelation.
*Last week we looked at three places in the bible of where we found that there was a power that lay in this skirt (also know as the wings) of his garment.
And we looked at the these woolen ribbands (threads) of blue and how they were colored from the special dye of the sea snail called the Chilazon, and how that this dye itself is actually yellow, but then out of that yellow dye comes this amazing sky blue colour that will never fade. (show slide) showing us that there would be an age of blue that would come after the yellowness of a dead Laodicean age.
MALACHI 4:2
2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings;
This woman with the blood issue that is spoken in the gospels of Mathew, Mark, and Luke – she knew who this Jesus of Nazareth was, in that He was the one that was prophesied to come of which Malichi 4:2 had spoken of with healing in His wings, and so she new that healing lay in the hem of His garment (his wings) And so her healing came by when she came into contact with that hem of which these ribbands of blue were tied to.
**This is why the power for this hour lays in the revelation of the word that has come in this day, and this is what we are talking about these ribbands of blue that lay in the skirts – they are symbolic for an end time revelation that has come in this hour in order to bring us into a faith that is able to bring about a complete healing and restoration and redemption to a fallen and bleeding humanity – and this was the revelation of what this woman with the blood issue believed, and this is what we also believe in this day also because this woman was a type on an end time people in this last age.
*Then there was Ruth who came into contact with the skirt of Boaz – because her whole life needed healing, and so we see how that she requested of Boaz for the hem of His garment to be covered over her – because again, this is where these ribbands of blue were attached to this hem, and Ruth is a prophecy of a gentile people in this end time age of when there would also be these “wings” or ribbands of blue at this end time age that would cover us also – and so if these ribbands of blue were associated with Ruth’s redemption and marriage, then it must also apply to us in this hour also.
RUTH 3:9
9 And he said, Who art thou? And she answered, I am Ruth thine handmaid: spread therefore thy skirt over thine handmaid; for thou art a near kinsman.
*It is clear to us that these ribbands of blue are connected with the idea of protection, and the power of healing, and the power of redemption, and marriage, and the hope of a future life that is to be lived happily ever after.
*Healing with the woman with the blood issue (healing in his wings).
And redemption and marriage with Ruth – in Boaz’s skirt (wings).
EZEKIEL 16:8-9
8 Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love (this is referring to a young woman of when she reaches the age of marriage); and I spread my skirt over thee (the hem of His garment – the “wings”), and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord GOD, and thou becamest mine. (Notice – a marriage covenant – “the marriage of the Lamb has come”)
9 Then washed I thee with water; yea, I throughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil. (This is the same principle of what we saw with the story of Ruth and also with the woman with the blood issue that touched the hem of his garment – a covenant and promise of life and hope.
*Let’s look a little more into this meaning of light and colours as we find it symbolized in the bible.
GENESIS 9:13
13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
Notice - A covenant by light, and light is made up of seven colours, and the colour of blue represents the heavens – an eagle prophetic age, because as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the time of the revealing of the Son of Man.
PSALM 119:105
105 ¶ NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
This is where the foolish virgins failed, they lacked the light to see their way into the marriage.
JOHN 1:4
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
JOHN 8:12
12 ¶ Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. (Notice – the light of life is connected to a person being able to walk (agree) with the truth (light) of the revealed word of God of what God is unfolding for the season and day that you are living in – for you to be able to fly into the blue of the heavenlies, you have to be able to agree with the revelation of the word sent for this hour)
II TIMOTHY 1:10
10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
PSALM 36:9
9 For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.
Light and life go together hand in hand.
Notice what the bible is telling us here – “in thy light shall we see light”
**There are many places of where the symbols of colours are connected to different stories of the bible – and that sometimes these colours are also connected with garments.
*We know of the story of Joseph with the many-colored coat – and Joseph was a type of Christ.
***You watch in the bible how that Joseph had his garments removed at each stage of the major events of his life.
First his brothers remove his garment of many colours and throw him in a pit to die – just like Adam had lost his original garment and was destined to die.
*Then Potiphar’s wive removed his garment and got him thrown into jail.
GENESIS 39:12-13
12 And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me: and he left his garment in her hand, and fled, and got him out.
13 ¶ And it came to pass, when she saw that he had left his garment in her hand, and was fled forth,
Notice – that at each stage of when his life was about to change, he has a change of garment.
GENESIS 41:14
14 Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved himself, and changed his raiment (he has another change of garment because his life was about to change again), and came in unto Pharaoh.
Then there is this one last change of garment recorded for this last stage of Joseph’s life.
GENESIS 41:41-42
41 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt.
42 And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph's hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen (fine linen is white), and put a gold chain about his neck;
When Jesus was on mount transfiguration, His garment was changed to white.
MATTHEW 17:1-2
1 ¶ And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
And this is what I believe was the garments of which Adam and Eve were clothed with before the fall – they were clothed with garments of light. This is why when you get to the message “The Invisible Union of the Bride to Christ” you hear the prophet telling us…

96 Like, we wasn't supposed to put on any clothes, at the beginning. I'll preach on that, later this week, the Lord willing. But we have to wear clothes because God gave us clothes. But, in the beginning, we didn't need them. We were veiled.
REVELATION 19:7-9
7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. (She made herself ready by uniting with light – because light is the revealed word of God – and John was commanded to eat the book. And after the seven church ages of Revelation 2 and 3, John was then called up by a voice from heaven to come up higher into the heavenly places of where there were skies of endless blue, endless revelation. Power and healing lays in the revelation of the light of His word)
8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
Light enables you to see things, and seeing is what actually enables you to understand something – in other words, light enables things to be revealed – a revelation.
*This is why it takes our eyes of understanding to be opened to what God has shone by the light of the revelation of His word in this day, and that revelation is literally light and life. He that hath the son hath life - he that hath the light of the revealing of the word in their mind and heart hath life.
And so the mystery of this Blue Ribband in this hour is to be connected to a revelation of the word that is associated with redemption and healing and restoration of which is to be made manifest at the time of when this great one would appear at this end time age with healing in the wings of His garment – his covering.
**Healing is in His wings – wings are what you fly with, it’s a revelation of the word that would bring permanent healing to a woman who had continually suffered for 12 years of what all those other physicians had tried to bring healing to her but couldn’t – because no man was worthy to take the book and to redeem Adam’s fallen race and restore it back to Eden again.
*Jesus said that it was her faith (her revelation) that saved her.
**It was her revelation of who he was for that hour and where his power laid that saved her.
**This woman with the blood issue came into contact with the ribband of blue for that hour, and we have also come into contact with the riband of blue of the revealed word of the spectrum of light of what God has reflected into this age.
