An Entrance Shall be Ministered unto You
II PETER 1:1-11
1 ¶ Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: (Notice who he is addressing - he is addressing believers of the message of that hour, this is not for unbelievers)
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, (The knowledge of God multiplies grace and peace)
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
(Again – the knowledge of Him gives us access to all things that pertain to life and godliness)
4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these (promises) ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. (Your faith in the promises of God changes your nature from the thing of the world to the things of God)
5 ¶ And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; (This word “Add” to your faith, in the Greek = ministered unto, to minister nourishment, assisted)
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (sometimes people can have a knowledge of the Lord Jesus but still be unfruitful in their character as a Christian).
9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: (do what things? – Add to your faith, this is what brings the character of Christ)
11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
An Entrance Shall be Ministered unto You
Entrance = {Greek} means to enter into, an entrance, i.e. both the place or way leading into a place (as a gate), and the act of entering – not just the entrance door, but the way to get too the entrance door.
Noah and his group entered through the door of the ark and into the new world by a message that God gave to Noah for that season, but that entrance through that door and into the new world was ministered to them by the voice of the prophet that God sent for that time.
This word “ministered” (An Entrance Shall be Ministered unto You) in the Greek is the exact same word that is used for the word “add” to your faith – We could paraphrase it thus “Add to your faith by being ministered unto by the hearing of the word for your day, because this is how you come into these things and add these things, it is by those that minister the word” because an Entrance shall be ministered unto you.
**In Noah’s day, what caused all those that entered into the ark was because they were first ministered to by the message of that hour through the channel that God had provided for that day (an entrance was ministered unto them), and outside of that God provided ministry, you simply didn’t enter.
“Ministered” = minister nourishment, to supply, furnish, present; to be supplied, ministered unto, assisted
So the adding to your faith comes by the assistance of ministry, and in this hour it’s a 5 fold ministry, and that is what gives you entrance into the things of God, that is what advances you as a believer and gives you access. An entrance shall be ministered unto you, so the ministry of the word leads you to a place so that you can enter through the door and into the new world.
JOHN 10:1-5
1 ¶ Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
(To try to enter into the sheepfold of God outside of the word for your day makes you the same as a thief and a robber – people want to be a part of the body of Christ but do not want to sit under the ministry of the word of a 5 fold ministry that God has sent for this hour)
2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. (His voice is His word, his sheep hear His word and know His word for this hour)
5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
JOHN 10:7-9
7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

76-2 {54} Notice, and is not revealed until--this Book is not revealed until the church ages and denominational ages has run out, and there's time no more. See it? It's only revealed after church ages and denominational ages has run out.
REVELATION 4:1
1 ¶ After this I looked (after the church ages had run out), and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
John (who types the end time bride of this hour) at the end of the seven church ages is caught up into heaven to witness things in heaven that will reveal what will happen in the future, that is why in this hour we know what will happen in the future – so we see that before he could see those things that a door had to be opened to him to give him access, and so if we are John in this hour, how is that door opened to us? – it is opened by the ministry of the word of this hour through a true 5 fold ministry.

205 …And the Bible predicts it would be that way, and would run out in the last days, and the door would be open, as we just went through the church ages to see it.
INFLUENCE_ BEAUMONT.TX SUNDAY_ 64-0315
249 Now, way down, the Church has constantly come to minority, has come on up now till all the church ages has run out. It's got to be honed. That stone has to fit straight in. The ministry that was in Jesus Christ has to be in His Church, to make Christ come for the Church, to raise up every age, to bring Him, to bring it out.
EPHESIANS 4:11-13
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
To the fullness of his Character - because she has to be him in bride form.
HEBREWS 1:14-2:3
14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
HEBREWS 2:1
1 ¶ Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
2 For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;
3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Story of how the Gospel first came to the Gentiles…
ACTS 10:1
1 ¶ There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band,
2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. (Look at the sincerity of this man – this is what attracts God’s attention)
3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.
4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.
5 And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter:
ACTS 10:13 (God was also working at the other end with Peter and gave him a vision of a sheet coming down from heaven with unclean animals on it in which the Jews by their law were forbidden to eat)
13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
16 This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
Look at how God is having to first deal with his traditional thinking before he is able to get him to move forward
17 Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made enquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate,
18 And called, and asked whether Simon, which was surnamed Peter, were lodged there.
ACTS 10:21
21 Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come?
22 And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.
Why couldn’t the angel tell Cornelius directly about the Lord and the way of salvation? because the seed must come through the body and not an angel - an entrance had to be ministered to Cornelius by Peter.
ACTS 10:25
25 And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him. (Even though that was the wrong approach, look at the respect he had for the man of God)
26 But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man.
27 And as he talked with him, he went in, and found many that were come together.
28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.
29 Therefore came I unto you without gainsaying, as soon as I was sent for: I ask therefore for what intent ye have sent for me?
30 And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing,
31 And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God.
32 Send therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose surname is Peter; he is lodged in the house of one Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall speak unto thee.
33 Immediately therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done that thou art come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to hear all things that are commanded thee of God.
34 ¶ Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
Peter goes on and preaches Christ to them, he is ministering an entrance to the door unto them…
ACTS 10:42
42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.
43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
44 ¶ While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
Notice - An Entrance was ministered unto them, not by a heavenly angel, but by an earthly preacher with all of his faults and failings because he was carrying the message for that hour.
This is the patterned established by God, because the seed of the word of that hour had to come through the body, and Peter was a part of the body of Christ on earth, yet Peter himself was a man with personality faults, but yet that was the channel that God used to minister an entrance unto them into eternal life.
THE.CURTAIN.OF.TIME_ PHOENIX.AZ WEDNESDAY_ 55-0302
E-53 …You say, "Well, if an Angel was preaching that," God didn't ordain Angels to preach the Gospel. He ordained men to preach the Gospel. He never said to the Angels, "I'll be with you and in you." He said to men, "I'll be with you and in you." He never said to Angels, "The things that I do, you'll do also." He said to men, "The things I do, you'll do also."
The Gospel comes by preaching of the Word. God's manifest Himself through human beings. Amen. The only eyes God's got on the earth tonight is mine and yours. The only hands He has is our hands: God working in His people. God's in the universe; God's in His Word; God's in His Son; God's in His people.
MATTHEW 25:8-12
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. (Notice – an entrance had been ministered unto these ones that went in through the door, but not so with the foolish virgins, because they failed to go through the door)
11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
An Entrance Shall be Ministered unto You
ROMANS 10:13-17
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
I CORINTHIANS 1:18
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
MALACHI 4:5-6
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
Notice - One man’s ministry in this age has prevented the entire earth from being smitten with a curse – that means that every living being that is enjoying life on this earth now owes it to God sending a man’s ministry to the earth. Look how powerful a ministry is that carries the word of the Lord. God is not playing jokes – and so it is with any true minister of the word of this hour under the seventh angels ministry as a help and a support to that major prophet ministry that God has sent in this hour.
The preaching of the word might seem foolishness to the world, but to us it is an entrance being ministered to us to give us access into the heavenlies through a 5 fold ministry.
*This is why the devil attacks the 5 fold ministry so vehemently and relentlessly in this hour, and unfortunately most of the attacks come from within and not from without – and that is what can make it so hard sometimes.
But that is just the way of the enemy –
- Look at Joseph, it was his own brothers who were the ones that threw him in the pit and cause him so much pain.
- Look at Jesus, it wasn’t the Romans that wanted to kill him, it was his own people that killed him.
- Look at what caused brother Branham to nearly leave the ministry; it was caused by the people of his own church, not the denominations.
This is where it is hardest sometimes for the ministry, because the people see that you’re a human being and you can become familiar and that can lead to problems.
LUKE 4:16
16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
LUKE 4:24
24 And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.
LUKE 4:28
28 And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,
29 And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.
30 But he passing through the midst of them went his way,
Look how they treated the very one who was sent to preach an entrance unto them…
Christ is the door, and he is the word that has been given to us in this hour by the revelation of this hour, so the revelation of the word is the door that has been opened to us to give us access into the heavenly realm to see the things which must soon be hereafter.
When we hear that word resonate on the inside of us, then we have heard from our theophany – it is calling us into a higher place, from this world to another world, from the earthly realm to the heavenly realm.
From the earthly, to the heavenly
