If I Perish, I Perish
ESTHER 4:15-16
15 Then Esther bade them return Mordecai this answer,
16 Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me (Notice – a gathering of Mordecai’s people before the persecution), and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
If I Perish, I Perish
In our study over the last couple of weeks of this book of Esther, we saw how that after queen Vashti had been put away for refusing to come into the presence of the king, the very next event that followed that in the story was the choosing of a bride – a bride age dispensation.
*Esther means “a star”, and so we know that she was a star that kept her first estate of submission under the headship of her husband in the way that God had purpose it from the beginning, whereas queen Vashti became a fallen star that fell from her original position by refusing her husband’s request for her to come into his presence.
So when we look into the first bible of the stars we see that Leo and Virgo are placed side by side together in the Zodiac, and so when we look at this same event in the bible that we have now, we also see that Ahasuerus and Esther are placed together in this story.

E-53 Watch. What does the zodiac start off with? The Virgin. What does it end with? Leo the lion: the first coming of Christ, and the second coming of Christ.
So Leo and Virgo is husband and wife uniting in marriage side by side which is Ahasuerus and Esther in the kingdom having dominion, or Boaz and Ruth in Elimelech’s restored land, because redemption is to bring back what was originally lost which was Adam and Eve in Eden with dominion and power over their kingdom – it is all the same pattern of the 3 fold mystery of redemption which is Christ and his bride of this hour uniting in an invisible marriage union to go back to live in Adam’s restored Eden for 1000 years in the millennium.
***And so we see that in the beginning of this story of Esther, that Esther had been raise up under Mordecai’s ministry for many years from a little girl growing up, just like we have grown up under the Mordecai’s ministry of this day for many years also. **Mordecai’s ministry is William Branham’s ministry in this day that we have been raised up under because our denominational parents have died also.
*And so as this story of Esther goes along, it is while she is under this ministry of Mordecai that she becomes the wife to the King by an invisible marriage union.
***But then the story doesn’t stop there but continues on and Haman appears on the scene, and if you will notice that Mordecai is now separated from Esther at this stage, and so through the channel of the ministry of Hatach who is one of the eunuchs in the court of Ahasuerus (Hatach represents the 5 fold ministry of this hour that is reiteration the message of the Mordecai – remember that Mordecai ministry and message represents William Branham’s ministry and message in this hour, and while William Branham the man is separated from us at this time, there is a 5 fold ministry on the scene reiterating his message to us), and so it is at this time when Hatach is relaying Mordecai’s message to Esther, that Esther finally became aware of a purpose that was greater than her own life.
Notice that being raise for all those years directly under Mordecai’s upbringing had never brought her to that place of maturity.
***But under the ministry of Hatach, the message of Mordecai finally got through to Esther in a way that it brought her to a maturity of character and a realization of a purpose that was so great that she was willing to die for it even if she failed and perished in the process of trying. “If I perish, I perish”.
ESTHER 4:16b
16b I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
The revelation of this great purpose that Mordecai’s message had quickened her too had dissolved her fear of failure and defeat.
**There is one thing we must learn not to fear, and that is the fear of failure, because many times failure is a necessary stepping stone on our journey to success. Failure is just stepping stones to success.
A child learning how to walk has lots of failures before success comes. When you first learnt to ride a bike, you probably have at least a few failures before success came.
**The trouble is that as we get older, we learn to fear failure because of our foolish pride, but any great person that has become successful, if you were to look back in their lives you would see that they had many failures before success came – we all know that that is true.
Winston Churchill once said that -“Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.”
*So we shouldn’t refrain from to trying to do things just because there is a chance that we may fail, and especially when you feel to do something for the Lord in the light of the revelation of this hour – “if I perish, I perish, but I am going to see the king, and I will see him even if it costs me my life” – that is the spirit that it is prophesied to come into us under this ministry of Hatach in this hour. I am expecting these things because it has already been foretold that we would come to this.
***When it comes to our service to the Lord in the light of the message of this hour, we know that many times what looks like failure to man is actually a great success to God.
When Jesus died on the cross, even his own disciples regarded that as a great failure at the time, but the reality was that it was the greatest victory and success that had ever happened for the human race.
We know that this story of Esther is a prophecy that unfolds in our day between 1948 which is the book of Ezra and Nehemiah (the Jews going back to their homeland), and the book of Job which is the resurrection at the rapture of the gentile Church.
***So Esther is a type of the Bride of Christ in this hour who has come into an invisible union with the king after 1948, and Haman is a type of the evil system of this day of the politics and corruption that is going to bring a persecution against the elect.
From last week we learnt that the “Secret of Esther’s Power” lay in the character of her personal submission to the king of which Mordechai’s ministry had raised her in that character, and it was this virtue that attracted the king to her above the other girls and brought her into the marriage covenant with the king.
**And so now her marriage with the king has placed her into a position of great power because of her being under His headship. If we are under the headship of the word in this hour – then we also have come into a great position of power as the Bride of Christ in this day.
**Remember – to have power you must be under obedience to a headship of a higher power – that is the secret of power and authority.
**Many women want power, but they want it without headship, and that is impossible, you cannot have power without being under the power and authority of another that is greater than you.
MATTHEW 8:8-10
8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.
9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
This is gentile faith – we must understand this order of authority like this centurion did, and Jesus marvelled at this because this is where your faith can reside – not in your own power but in the authority that you are under.
AN.ENSIGN_ PHOENIX.AZ FRIDAY_ 62-0119
E-50 ... You go down here to one of these crossings here in Phoenix along about five o'clock in the afternoon. There's a policeman standing out there. Here's the cars passing by at forty, fifty miles an hour. Well, that little bitty policeman maybe not be five foot high, walk out there, and, why, he hasn't got power enough to stop one of them cars. Why, one of them cars may be three hundred horsepower. Why, they'd just pick that little fellow up and crush him and go on. But let him raise his hand once, blow the whistle; he hasn't got power, but he's got authority. That's it. Brakes will slide, and wheels will squeak. Everything will stop because he raised up his hand, because he has an authority.
E-51 And when a man or a woman is dressed in the full armour of God, it ain't power; it's authority from on high when He says... Devils will scream, and brakes will squeak. Even death itself will shudder, and graves will open at the authority that Jesus Christ gave His church.
ESTHER 4:5-16
5 ¶ Then called Esther for Hatach, one of the king's chamberlains, whom he had appointed to attend upon her (God has given us 5 fold ministry that he has appointed to attend us also in this hour), and gave him a commandment to Mordecai, to know what it was, and why it was. (Notice again here how that Esher’s communicating with Mordecai is though the ministry of a eunuch relaying the message of Mordecai to her – she required the help of the 5 fold ministry to come into the full revelation of the message of that hour, because it was this ministry that was faithfully relaying the message of Mordecai to Easter in order to bring her to a place where she can bring about a resurrection of her people)
6 So Hatach went forth to Mordecai unto the street of the city, which was before the king's gate.
7 And Mordecai told him of all that had happened unto him, and of the sum of the money that Haman had promised to pay to the king's treasuries for the Jews, to destroy them (Notice – a money deal in connection with the changing of laws for the purpose of bringing a persecution against God’s people, that is what we are also foretold will take place in this day).
8 Also he gave him the copy of the writing of the decree that was given at Shushan to destroy them, to shew it unto Esther, and to declare it unto her, and to charge her that she should go in unto the king, to make supplication unto him, and to make request before him for her people. (There is only one person in the whole wide world that could bring deliverance against such a foe as Haman, and that is the king himself – and God was going to use a woman who had come from nowhere, but who had come under the headship of the king by submission to bring about the destruction of this mighty man)
9 And Hatach came and told Esther the words of Mordecai.
10 Again Esther spake unto Hatach, and gave him commandment unto Mordecai;
11 All the king's servants, and the people of the king's provinces, do know, that whosoever, whether man or woman, shall come unto the king into the inner court, who is not called, there is one law of his to put him to death, except such to whom the king shall hold out the golden sceptre, that he may live: but I have not been called to come in unto the king these thirty days.
(She was still thinking of her own life of her self-preservation. There is no power yet to bring a resurrection when people think only of their own life in this life that we now live. If I was to think of just my own life then I would not be a minister in this message because at times it is a lot of hard and lonely work – that is why your revelation is often shown by what fruit it manifests in your service to the Lord)
12 And they told to Mordecai Esther's words.
13 Then Mordecai commanded to answer Esther, Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king's house, more than all the Jews.
(Notice – she was thinking of a way to preserve herself in the crisis – like how the preppers in our day planning to protect themselves in forts with guns and things to stop their food from being stolen – the only place of protection and safety is in Christ)
14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this? (Notice how that this message of Mordecai being reiterated by Hatach is what took Esther to a level of faith that she was willing to serve this great cause even if she failed trying)
15 Then Esther bade them return Mordecai this answer,
16 Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
_______________
***God designed the first Eden so that it would reflect what was in the back of His mind, a three-fold secret – the husband, the wife and the home, because in the beginning it was Adam and Eve in Eden.
Then he showed it in Abraham and Sarah in the land.
Then it was Boaz and Ruth in Elimelech’s restored inheritance.
Then it was Ahasuerus and Esther in the kingdom.
And then when you bring it down to the individual level, it is the husband and the wife in the home.
That’s why if the husband can't treat his wife right, then something is wrong with his reflection. And if she is out of her place, then something is wrong with her reflection also.
***When we talk about the manifestation of the sons of God, it is not just about the creative power and speaking things into existence, it is to first include a maturity of the reflection of the great 3 fold purpose of God in the husband and wife and the home.
**The husband under the headship and protection of Christ. The wife under the headship and protection of her husband. The children under the headship and protection of the parents. The pets (which is the animal kingdom) under the headship and protection of the children.
Look at the reflection of Ahab and Jezebel. Ahab was like Adam; he threw the whole kingdom unto death and went after his wife Jezebel. When Adam went after Eve she was a whore already, she had already co-habilitated with the serpent. Like Jezebel, it was Eve who brought her doctrine of false union to Adam, and Adam submitted to her teaching and threw the whole kingdom into death.
So when Ahab sinned, the whole kingdom sinned because Ahab was the head of the kingdom. But then Elijah was Christ. And when Elijah came and offered his sacrifices to remove the curse it brought back the rain which brought back life to the whole nation – that was Christ bringing back life of what Adam lost.
So the whole bible tells the same story of redemption.
**So we see here that Esther’s had power because of what she was reflecting. She was a star that was reflecting the true light of the word for that hour in her relationship with her husband.
And our relationship to Christ in this hour is to reflect the same thing of being under the headship of the word of this hour.
JOHN 12:23-27
23 And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified.
24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.
26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
27 ¶ Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.
Notice the submission of Christ under the headship of the Father so that he could bring a resurrection like Esther brought a resurrection under the headship of Ahasuerus. Look at Christ’s resolve - “If I perish, I perish”. And now when we get to the Bride age, the bride must also come to this same place of faith – that is what the ministry of Hatach is doing in this day.
**There is a great purpose of God in this hour, and Malachi 4’s message has been sent to us at this time when he is separated from us to produce that same attitude within us as it did in Esther.
THE.MARRIAGE.OF.THE.LAMB_ PHOENIX.AZ SUNDAY_ 62-0121E
E-65 Church has done the same, committing spiritual fornication as the woman that would share her love from her husband to another man. That woman's not fit to be lived with. You know that. And when the church begins to share her fellowship with the world... God's a jealous God. He put Israel away because of that, and His Son will put the same thing away. (That’s what he did with the Pentecostal Laodicean church)
He's going to have a bride that hasn't got a wrinkle in her. Amen. She's wholly washed by the Blood of His own self. That's right. So we see where we stand, the wedding getting ready to come.
