On the Wings of a Snow-White Dove – Message Study
PSALM 55:1-7
1 ¶ To the chief Musician on Neginoth, Maschil, A Psalm of David. Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication.
2 Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;
3 Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.
4 My heart is sore pained within me: and the terrors of death are fallen upon me.
5 Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, and horror hath overwhelmed me. (This is the condition of the world that we find ourselves in at this time with all the troubles of the judgements of God beginning to manifest around us)
6 And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest.
7 Lo, then would I wander far off, and remain in the wilderness. Selah.
Notice here that David’s desire was for a change of dwelling place, to be carried away on the wings of a dove to a place of rest and then to remain in that place forever.
We saw last week how that before Noah could go into the new earth, it took the dove to appear to him with the olive leaf in its mouth, they needed the olive leaf of what came out of that dove’s mouth to be able to move into the new land.
MATTHEW 3:16-17
16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
Notice here again between the Old and New Testament - right between these two worlds of law and grace, we find the appearing of the dove again just like what we saw with Noah and his Group between the two worlds.
*So the dove came to Noah at the beginning of the bible, and then the dove comes to Jesus at the middle of the bible, and then the dove comes to brother Branham at the end of the bible showing us that we are soon to go into the new world of the millennium.

It’s good to study the message of the hour.
**We know that the dove is a symbol of a faithful messenger who brings a message, and that message is for the purpose of leadership, and so we know that it is the leadership of the Holy Spirit in this hour because Christ is the dove, and it is the dove that leads the Eagle.

30 Now we want to get into the Scriptures right away. And I want you to turn with me now to Psalms 55, and then also Matthew 3. And my subject tonight was Brother Ernie's topic: On The Wings Of A Snow-White Dove. Now, I won't be able to strike all the notes and Scriptures that I got here, because I'll just kinda skip over a few of them, and because I promised the message.
So he tells us that he is only going to hit on the high points of this subject – so we want to try to dig down a little deeper to find some of the gold nuggets that the Holy Spirit has laid in this message for us.
***From last week we spoke about this dove that brought back the evidence of the new land to Noah and his group.
*And remember that when this dove returned to Noah with this evidence from the new land, they were between these two worlds of the old world that was under judgement, and the new world that had been promised to them by God, but they couldn’t go into the new world until the dove had brought back the evidence of that new land to them, it was the evidence that lifted their faith and hope.
**So this is telling us something about the hour that we are living in now, because we have also seen the evidence from the new land that we are going to for this day, and that evidence is the message of this hour because this message came from that eternal realm on the wings of a snow white dove – the appearing of the seventh dove himself when the seals were opened.

139 Don't you see, in shadows? (He is speaking of the shadows and types in the bible) Stop here a minute. In the last days, there's got to be a place prepared for the Word to be made manifest, and we're now living by the evidence of the new Land, amen, the Son of man.
***He is talking here about the revealing of the Son of Man in these last days, because the revealing of the Son of Man is the Mighty God unveiling himself in this hour for the purpose to be able to fellowship with man just as He did when Adam was here on earth before the fall.
*So the place prepared for the word to be made manifest (revealed) is the bride age of where the son of man is revealing himself to his bride and an invisible union is taking place. This unveiling of God is the evidence from the new land, it is the revelation of the word that has come from that eternal place by the message and ministry of the seventh angel.
***So we are now living by evidence of that new land of the word of the eternal church age.

6-4 Now, we are approaching the Seven Seals. We've just finished the seven church ages, and this is a message on teaching that ties the man in that's going to be redeemed by the Blood of the Lord Jesus, and is going to be in that church age--that eternal church age at the end of the Seals.
This eternal church age is also known as the “Bride Age”, it is the age of where the mighty God has unveiled himself and continues to unveil from this point on and throughout eternity, this is the eternal church age of the opening of the seventh seal that never ends.

(The mysteries are from Eternity)
*These revealed mystery truths have been brought to us by the seventh dove from the new land of where we are going.

And one of these days everything in time will stand still when the trumpet of God shall sound, and the dead in Christ shall rise and morning will break eternal bright and fair.
**That’s what the message “It is the Rising of the Son” was all about – a brand new eternal day breaking forth – the eternal church age, an eternal partaking of the word.

Now then, there is also the thought of the future partaking of the hidden manna. I think it will be the eternal partaking of the revelation of Jesus Christ in the eternal ages to come. How else could we begin to know the unsearchable riches of His own Being? All that we have longed to know, all our unanswered questions, all that will be revealed. It will be from Christ Who is our life that we receive it. Oh, sometimes we think we get to know a little of Him and His Word down here, and it is so good, it makes us rejoice; but one day when our flesh changes, that Word and He will become what we had never dreamed possible.
We know that this dove only came to Noah and his group; it did not come to the people of the world, and it came to minister an entrance into that new land by the evidence from that new land.
II PETER 1:11
11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
A dove with a message to minister an entrance into a new world - this is the ministry of the seventh dove because a dove is a faithful messenger to man. It’s the seventh dove that has brought the message to us in this hour - a sign from above, on the wings of a dove – it’s Christ himself.

*We want to look at some of the stories that brother Branham tells along through this message of the Wings of a Snow-White Dove – these stories are spoken here supernaturally by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
*We know that this message “On the Wings of a Snow-White Dove” was the sixth to last message that he preached – and we are going to find that the number 6 is referred to many times throughout this sermon because six is the number connected to man and also with man’s suffering.
***We see in the bible how that God shows Israel his word by the acts and the suffering of his prophets.
Ezekiel had to lie on his left side for 390 days and then on his right side for 40 days, and Hosea had to take a wife of whoredom and have children of whoredom, Jeremiah had to do certain acts as a message to the people – these are known as sign-acts.
So God uses acts of people to show us something of his word of truth, and this is what is going on throughout this message of the wing of a dove.
*So in these little stories of this message we see that these are sign-acts that God is using to reveal the truth of this present hour, and especially in the acts of the suffering that brother Branham went through in his life and how the appearing of that seventh dove at the end of his life was the evidence that his time of suffering was over.
So right at the very start of the sermon in his opening prayer he says…

1 ` Let's bow our heads.
Dear Lord, we thank Thee tonight for the promise of the coming of the Lord Jesus, where we'll meet in a great meeting where it'll never end…
Notice what he speaks of here - the coming of the Lord Jesus (who is the seventh dove himself), and a meeting where it will never end.
**So strait off here we see that he is speaking of the seventh seal and the eternal church age – the Holy Spirit is having him say it in this way for the bride to catch these things. It is like when the Holy Spirit told him that he preached the 7 trumpets supernaturally when he preached the 6th seal – he didn’t know that before.
*Many times he says things that he doesn’t even know what he is really saying until later on when it is revealed to him.

9 And so I want to... Just a little something, this little incident's happened. Why, they was telling me a while ago that there was a brother, perhaps here in the meeting tonight, that just come out of denominationalism; come into Shreveport, wanted to hear about the Message. And he got mixed up, he didn't know where he was at, so he went downtown. He seen a people gathered, he said, "Is this where Billy Branham is going to preach?"
10 He said, "No, it's where Billy Graham's a-preaching by--by the way of a--a film."
11 He said, "Well, I'm sorry, I--I got the wrong place."
12 He said he come up, he said, "Now where can I go, Lord?" Said he started walking up this main street. I don't know what it is, there's a big church up here at the end. Texas Street. And there was a big white cross up on a church. Said the Lord told him, said, "'Just keep walking.'" Said... when he got there, there was... Said, "Well, here must be where it is, there's a lot of cars setting around." And said, "A bride and groom come walking out of the church." That was last night, there was a wedding, I seen it come out. The Lord said, "Now, that's what it is. You're coming out of denominationalism to enter into the Bride, to go with the Groom." See? See?
**Notice how that this brother is having this real experience of trying to find the location of the church where brother Branham is preaching, and it looks like that he is just lost and gets confused and ends up at different places.
**But then brother Branham picks up on this incident and shows us that what is really happening here is that this is actually a series of supernaturally controlled events in this man’s life that was for the purpose of a sign-act to bring a message of truth to us of what is happening concerning the end bride of this hour.
So this pattern actually continues on throughout the whole of this message.

60 There's... A dove has a great strange thing in our family. One day when my grandmother... She come from up here in Kentucky, off the Cherokee reservation. She was dying, a little woman, and she was... They had... I think they call it scrofula or something, she was dying. And grandfather knelt down by the side of the bed; while Mama, Aunt Birtie, Aunt Howlie, all of them knelt around the bed; Uncle Charlie, (little bitty, four-year-old boy) the baby; Mama, the oldest, being about twelve years old. And she had combed her black hair out on the bed, and she started singing, "Rock of Ages, cleft for me, let me hide myself in Thee," when she was dying. Grandpa, at that time, wasn't a Christian. I baptized him at eighty-seven years old, in the Name of Jesus Christ, at the foot of the river there where the Angel of the Lord appeared.
61 But while she was singing this song, with her feeble little hands up in the air, a dove flew in the door; come around, set down on the top of the bed, started cooing. God took her soul.
See how his Grandmother was at the end of her life of suffering between the two worlds, she was at the end of one world that she couldn’t go back to, and at the beginning of another world that she wanted to go in to, and that was when the dove appeared - to lead her into that new world.

62 I went over to London, England with Brother Jack and with Brother Gordon Lindsay, and there had been a woman by the name of Florence Nightingale (claims to be, I think, a great-granddaughter or something of the late Florence Nightingale) that wrote me many letters. She was down in South Africa, dying with a cancer. And she had a picture; you seen it in the book. I never seen a mortal like that in my life. Brother Jack, I believe, was with me that day. We went into a minister's house, at the rectory, just behind the church where they had brought her.
63 While we were yet out on the... where the plane come down, they paged us, and she was in a ambulance there then; had been flown up from--from down in South Africa, knowing that I was coming to England at that time. The minister took her to the rectory, so we went back there to pray for her.
64 I've seen lots of sick people, but her little arms didn't look over a inch across, her--her skull where it laces together, you could see it. And she... her limbs way up here around her hips wasn't over that, about two inches across, just the bone. And she couldn't raise her hands, she was too weak to raise her hands. And she was trying to say something, and I couldn't understand her. And when I finally got to hear, I believe through a nurse, she said, "Brother Branham, pray that God will let me die." She couldn't... didn't want to live. And I noticed, and tears was running off of the side of them bone on her face. Where she got enough moisture about her to cry, I don't know; for her veins was collapsed, and she was in a terrible condition. Coming to pray for the sick, I couldn't pray for her to die. But she just looked like couldn't die, she just lingering on.
65 I knelt down with your pastor, in the room to pray. And when I knelt down to pray, a little dove flew up by the window; begin cooing. When I finished praying, I thought it was a pet dove there somewhere. Foggy outside, how England is, the British Isles there. And this little dove quit cooing, and flew away. I walked over and laid hands upon her and called the Name of the Lord. And the woman is a great big, strong healthy woman today, on the wings of a Dove.
Notice how Florence Nightingale had suffered for so long because the body she was living in was just skin over bone, so she certainly had come to the end to her suffering so much so that all she wanted to do was to die, and so she needed a body change, and this is actually what took place after the appearing of the dove, her suffering ended and her body was change to a fully restored and healthy woman again.
*These are sign-acts of real life experiences that God is using to bring a message to us of the truth for this hour of what is about to happen to us who are under this seventh’s dove’s message of this day.

141 Since a little boy, I always said I didn't know what a vision was. A little boy, I always said, "If I--if I'd only fall in one of those trance, and see that, I'd get well." That time... I always wanted to go to Mayo's to find out what was wrong. The doctors there...
142 My stomach gets sour; and oh, my! Brother Jack's helped me around the house. I walk right around the house; and just a hot greasy water like, flying out of my mouth. And walk to the pulpit, and pray for people that was twice that bad, and be healed. I've had them lay my hands on a man with a cancer on his face, and the cancer left his face, standing there; and I was so sick I couldn't
143 And you don't know what I've suffered; just mental oppression. Every seven years it's come, all my life. That's where I'm at now, seven eights.
144 So I was--I was so distressed; I cried, I begged, I pleaded.
145 And I remember when I finally thought I had enough money to go to Mayo's for an examination; they said, "They'll find what your trouble is." Wife and I, and Becky back there... Sarah was a little, bitty fellow. I had just entered my healing ministry. And we took off to Mayo's.
146 I went through the clinic. And the night before I'd find... had my finals the next morning, I just woke up and was setting there on the bed looking around. And I looked out in front of me, and there was a little boy, looked just like me, about seven years old; and looked at it, and it was me. And he was standing by an old snag tree. And on that tree...
147 Any of you squirrel hunters know you can rub a stick up and down on a tree like that, and it'll scare a squirrel and run him out if he's in the hollow.
148 And I was seeing there where that squirrel had been, and I thought, "What kind of squirrel is that?" and I rubbed it. And when I did, I looked over and it was me then about thirty-eight years old, the little boy was gone. So I rubbed that limb, and out of the hollow log, pole, come a little squirrel about that long, dark, almost black, and looked like little currents flying from him; little bitty beady eyes, the wickedest looking thing that I ever seen, looked like a weasel more than a squirrel.
149 And he looked right at me. And I opened my mouth to say, "Well..." And when I did, he... Before you could've batted your eye, he flew right into my mouth, went down into my stomach, and just tearing me to pieces. And as I come out of the vision, with my hands up, looking, I went screaming, "O God, have mercy! It's killing me!"
150 I heard a Voice way down in the room, say, "Remember, it's only six inches long."
Six inches long represents 6000 years of man’s suffering on the earth, but the seventh dove (Rev 10:1) appearing at the end of the 6000 years is the sign that man’s suffering is almost over and the new world is soon to come.
So brother Branham is at the end of his life here because within one month he has gone over into that new land of where he had visited when he went beyond the curtain of time. The 6 doves had appeared to him in the shape of an S which was linked to his life of suffering, and then just before he leaves this world and goes into the new world, this seventh dove appears to him, the one he’s been looking for his whole life, showing him that he is at the end of his suffering and this seventh dove has come to lead him into the new earth.
*These events of his life were sign-acts that God used to reveal a message to us of the time that we are living in now.
**The prophet Ezekiel that slept on one side for 390 and then on the other side for 40 days – their lives were a message by these numbers of the day of what they had to suffer.
*The book of Job has 42 chapters which is 6 lots of 7 which = 42. Six is man’s number representing 6000 years of man’s suffering.
Brother Branham suffered for 6 lots of 7 years (42 years). So God is showing us our redemption in this hour by the prophet’s life of suffering.
****The world of man’s kingdoms have seen suffering for six thousand years, but when that seventh dove appears at the end of the six thousand years (and that seventh dove is the ministry of the son of man), when he brings something in his mouth from that other land (remember that the evidence was in the doves mouth), that was the mouth of the seventh angel messenger, it was the message of the hour, and so when he begins to sound at the end of six thousand years, then we can go back to Eden again – we know that we are going to soon change worlds from a world of sin and sickness and suffering, into a world of peace and perfection.
**And those who receive this seventh dove with the message in his mouth, those are the ones who will be taken over into that new world of the millennial reign with Christ.
The bride body of Christ has also had a time of suffering since the prophet has left the scene – so I personally believe that not long before we cross over to that new land at the time of the rapture, that that seventh dove will appear to us again as it appeared to brother Branham in a supernatural way.
We are promised that just before we leave there will be a great demonstration from that seventh dove, but it will only be for the bride.

80…And then when the Bride is being called out, how you going to put it out? It's the revelation of the manifestation of the Word made true. And we're living in that day; praise be to God; the revelation of the mystery of Hisself.
81 Now, the Rapture is only... This Rapture that we're talking about, is only for the Bride.

45 There is coming a time upon, in this nation, to where this nation is going to exercise all the power that the beast had before it, which was pagan Rome when it become papal Rome, see, that this nation will do that.
46 Revelations 13 plainly explains it. "The lamb come up out of the earth. The other beast come up out of water," thickness and multitudes of people. This lamb come up where there were no people. A lamb represents a religion. The Lamb of God... And, remember, it spoke like a lamb. It was a lamb.
47 And then, after a while, it be-... received power, and spoke like a dragon; and exercised all the--the dragon, power the dragon had before him. And the dragon is "Rome," always. So don't you see? Roman denomination; "a mark," Protestant denomination; "a image unto the beast," making a power that'll force all Protestants, like a union. You'll have to be into this Council of Churches, or you won't be able to have fellowship. Or to--to...
48 Well, it's--it's practically that way now. You can't go to a church and preach unless you have a fellowship card or some identification. And now, on persons like ourselves, we're going to be cut out of all that, altogether, that's exactly, 'cause they won't be able to do it.
49 It's tightening. And then when that time comes, and the press comes to a place to where you're pressed out, then watch what I'm fixing to tell you in a few minutes. Watch the Third Pull then, see, and it'll be absolutely to the total lost, but it--it will be for the Bride and the Church.
