The Mystery of the Resurrection of the Sleeping Saints
MATTHEW 27:50-53
50 ¶ Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, (We notice how that the Son of Man ministry ended with an earthquake and then a resurrection of the dead – so it will repeat again at the end of the Son of Man ministry in these last days with the sinking of Los Angeles and the resurrection from the graves of the sleeping saints)
53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection (Notice – “after His resurrection” not after he was buried, but after he had risen – that is why we have had a resurrection of the son of man in this hour after the denominations of this day have crucified him again by killing the effects of the revealed word of this hour to the people, so the pattern has repeated itself again, and this is why we can know for certain that we are living in the very hour of when the resurrection will take place), and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
REVELATION 20:6
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection (The first resurrection (as it is called) will take place at the end of the gentile dispensation of seven church ages. It will be the resurrection of all the Gentile church age saints that have fallen asleep in Christ over that period of time of the last 2000 years. Then there is (what is known as) the second or general resurrection which takes place at the end of the 1000 year millennial reign on earth at the great white throne judgment where all that ever lived from the time of Adam will be raised up for judgement – then the second death happens after that for those who fail to qualify for white robes): on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
I CORINTHIANS 15:51-52
51 ¶ Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
The Mystery of the Resurrection of the Sleeping Saints
**It is so common for us to misunderstand the way God deals with other people in their trials and circumstances of life. Often it looks so wrong to the human mind and the reasoning of our human ways of thinking, and so we miss judge and misunderstand the ways of God of how he deals in people’s lives.
Like how Job’s 3 friends completely misunderstood what God was doing in Job’s life.
The reality is that the way God deals with us goes much higher and beyond any human understanding and reasoning – we just don’t have the capacity to think at the higher level of thinking of the realm that God thinks in – but God is working out a great purpose for our lives in order to bring us to an expected end of glory.
ISAIAH 55:8-9
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
**So this is why we have to be very careful not to judge things in a wrong way of when we see others going through difficult times – we must trust and believe that God is going to work all things out for the good of every child of God for when the end of the road is realized.
*I also want to share a thought in the reflection of the study that we have just been through concerning our theophany and glorified body’s, of how that I believe that there are things of that eternal realm of where our theophany bodies dwell that we do not have the human intelligence to grasp simply because our thoughts are just too low to comprehend it - but as eternity unfolds, I believe that God will allow us to come to understand these things in a greater way.
*It’s like the human mind trying to understand a fourth-dimensional world while living in a three-dimensional world.
In an article called: “The 4th Dimension: Where Science and Imagination Collide”.
“Most of us are accustomed to watching movies in 2D; even though characters on the screen appear to have depth and texture, the image is actually flat.
But when we put on 3D glasses, we see a world that we could walk in. We can imagine existing in such a three-dimensional world because we actually live in one. But for someone who's only known life in two dimensions, the third dimension would be impossible to comprehend.
And that, according to many researchers, is the reason we can't see the fourth dimension, or any other dimension beyond that. Physicists work under the assumption that there are at least 10 dimensions, but the majority of us will never "see" them. Because we only know life in 3D, our brains don't understand how to look for anything more.
A dimensional space, in mathematics and physics, is a way of describing the different directions or coordinates in which objects can exist or move. It's a mathematical concept used to understand and visualize the positioning and movement of things in our world.
In our everyday world, we often use three dimensions: height (up and down), width (left and right) and depth (forward and backward) to describe the location of objects. These three dimensions create what's called 3D space.
However, in more advanced mathematics and physics, dimensional spaces can have more than three dimensions, and they help scientists and mathematicians understand complex phenomena like quantum mechanics, string theory or data analysis in higher dimensions.
These higher-dimensional spaces are harder to visualize because they go beyond our everyday experience, but they are essential for solving various problems and studying intricate systems.
In 1884, Edwin A. Abbot published a novella that depicts the problem of seeing dimensions beyond your own. In "Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions," Abbot describes the life of a square living in a two-dimensional world. Living in 2D means that the square is surrounded by circles, triangles and rectangles, but all the square sees are other lines. One day, the square is visited by a sphere.
On first glance, the sphere just looks like a circle to the square, and the square can't comprehend what the sphere means when he explains 3D objects. Eventually, the sphere takes the square to the 3D world, and the square understands. He sees not just lines, but entire shapes that have depth.
Emboldened, the square asks the sphere what exists beyond the 3D world; the sphere is appalled. The sphere can't comprehend a world beyond this, and in this way, stands in for the reader. Our brains aren't trained to see anything other than our world, and it will likely take something from another dimension to make us understand.”
**Until you are taken into that world of beyond the curtain of time – you will never be able to fully comprehend that world with your present understanding.
This is why there are many things that cannot be fully explained by our time dominated 3D world. And this applies very much to the study that we have just been through about our theophany bodies and all these things.
There were things that I simply stayed away from because I don’t understand them, like – was brother Branham’s dog and horse in a theophany body also when he met them over there? Do they put on glorified animal bodies when they come back to earth?? – I just don’t know the answer those things, and brother Branham never explained it either, and so it is best for me to keep my opinions to myself concerning these things because it can be an endless topic of questions, but where the prophet has spoken, then we are at liberty to speak also.

88 Then, after you recognized the very Word of God was Eagle Food, then you left the other thing. You have then been formed into the living image of the living God. You heard from your theophany. "If this earthly body be dissolved, we have one waiting."
The Prophet is speaking from another language from another dimension that we struggle to interpret in this dimension.
*We must not forget that our theophany body (which is a real body just like this one that can feel and smell and has all the sensors like this body has) but it is somehow made up different to the human body, and it is living in a world that is beyond the curtain of the dimension of time – in other words it’s living in a world of where the dimension of time does not exist – and so our human minds struggle to even try to understand that.
Paul struggled with this also…
II CORINTHIANS 12:3-4
3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;)
4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.
So even Paul struggled to understand it, even after he had been taken to that place of being caught up into paradise.
**And so we know that it’s not like that you can live or exist in two bodies at the same time of how brother Branham saw his earthly body lying on the bed and yet his consciousness was not looking out from that body on the bed, but his consciousness had moved into his theophany body of a dimension that was eternal, and then when he had to go back to live in his earthly temporal tent body, he didn’t want his consciousness to go back into his body on earth that was lying on the bed in this time dimension – so it appears in the telling of this experience that he could only be in one place at a time, but although that idea is true for this dimension of time that we live in, it may not be true for a dimension of where time does not exist.
**So if you were able to go beyond the curtain of time and into eternity, then you would experience that there is no yesterday or tomorrow, everything is presentence – and so this is where it could be possible to be in two places at once - it is the dimension of time that prevents you from being in two places at the same time – and for me, this is the only way that I can explain how that your theophany that is in that eternal realm is your eternal self calling to the you that is in this time dimension.
**When you hear and recognize the word for your day, then you have heard from your eternal self of your theophany.
JOHN 3:12-13
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
Jesus is saying here that he himself who is the son of man on earth is also in heaven at the same time that he is on earth – yet our human minds cannot grasp this because we only know and think in these 3 dimensions of planet earth.
We cannot grasp what it is like to live in 3 dimensions of height width and depth with the dimension of time removed and the dimension of eternity added of where all past present and future are all together in the presentence – but this was what the prophet experience beyond the dimension of time and in the dimension of eternity.
JOHN 3:12-13
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

**So here is your body sitting in church, and yet you have a body in heaven right now.

Now, the Son of man shall ascend from heaven, which now is in heaven. See? What was it? He was omnipresent because He was God.
So we simply cannot comprehend being in two places at the same point in time – but that is not to say that in a world where only eternity exists, that that cannot be a reality.
**Ask it this way to yourself – could there ever be a point of time in eternity of where you would be able to leave your eternal body for a period of time to come down to this earth to live in a time dimension for 70 odd years of mortal life and then go back to eternity again?
**It looks like that that would be the case to us from our viewpoint from a time dimension, but from the viewpoint of an eternal realm dimension, it could be a very different reality to that.
**God asked Job where he was before the world began – he was shouting for joy in the presence of the Lord.
JOB 38:4-7
4 ¶ Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
God was making Job realize that there are dimensions that his human mind had never grasped. Job knew nothing about his existence of conciseness in the mind of God before even the foundation of the world of the existence of atoms and molecules were even formed.

104 And now, then, when Angels began to worship Him, that was before there was even a molecule in the earth. There was nothing. It was all darkness. There wasn't no sun, nor no moon, no stars, no nothing, then He was God. As He asked Job, "Where was you when I laid the foundations of the world, see, when the morning stars sang together, the sons of God shouted for joy? See, now, where were you?" See? That was way back before the earth.

20-2 And I heard something say, "Would you like to see just beyond the curtain?"
25-1 I am sure, Lord, if this little church this morning could just look a past the curtain: not an affliction among them, nor never could be, not a sickness, nothing but perfection, and it's just one breath between here and there, from old age to youth, from time to eternity, from a weary of tomorrow and a sorrow of yesterday till a present time of eternity in perfection.
I had an experience once of where I felt very definitely that the presence of my own theophany came very close to me. And it felt like that it was the most incredible character of a person that I have ever been in the presence of outside of the presence of the Lord – it was just the most wonderful person of a human character that you could possibly ever wish to know, and I somehow knew within myself that that person was me of the character of my eternal self of what I will be throughout eternity.
*It affected me to have been able to meet my own character of the person that I am to become of what this life is molding me into, and of what I am to be in that eternal realm. And all of us are on a journey to that same thing.
**In this life we experience many negative things. Yet we know for sure that all the flaws and failings of our human spirits of this life of all the bad thoughts and the memories and all the sorrows and failings of this world of time and sin will all pass away – because none of those things can ever enter into that eternal life realm, because it’s beyond the curtain of time – when we go there, all these negative things of this world of time and sin are left behind us. “and it's just one breath between here and there, from old age to youth, from time to eternity, from a weary of tomorrow and a sorrow of yesterday till a present time of eternity in perfection.”

319 …It's that Inside of the inside, brother. That... Your spirit breaks up when you die, it takes its flight, but your soul lives. See?
*In the spirit of your mind is where all the imaginations and the memory of all the bad stuff that you ever did while you lived on earth in the dimension of time exists.
All the lies you told, all the sin and shame of the memories of this life is written onto your human spirit of this mortal time period – and by the grace of God, that is the part that breaks up when you die, all those negative memories can never be remember in that eternal life realm.

41 But notice this. I say this. Don't be afraid. Death is just a scarecrow, trying to keep you away from something. My, it's so glorious! It's beyond anything that you could think of. No wonder the Bible said, "Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, neither has it entered the hearts of men what God has for them in store that love Him." Oh, just to look past the curtain of time! Then, I've tried harder than ever before in life, to try to win people to Christ, since then. You can't afford to miss it. Don't do it. Be sure that you're right with God, and other things will be all right.
