And Enoch Walked with God
GENESIS 5:21-24
21 ¶ And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah:
22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:
24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
We know that to walk in harmony with anyone we have to agree with that person. People who don’t agree together don’t walk together very well.
So to walk with God in this day is to come into agreement in your heart and in your spirit with every word that God has given for this time as he is unfolding it to you by the message of the hour.
It’s like a husband and wife – if the wife has a secret will of iron (an iron disposition), so that deep down she is always trying to get her own way like Eve got her own way (even though she knew it was against God and against her husband), then that is what causes disfellowship and broken relationship and broken homes because that is outside of the order of God
**People want their own will and leadership for themselves because deep down they esteem their own ideas and decisions greater than God’s leadership for their lives.
AMOS 3:3
3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
It is not that God isn’t willing to walk with us – that is what he is longing for in this hour, but the problem is on our part because when we don’t agree with his word then we are not walking with him.
HEBREWS 13:5-6
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. (It is not that God leaves us, it is that we leave him by our own choices against his word)
6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
When we are truly walking with God, then we can have confidence in him, we do not have to fear man because God is there to help us – like a very big brother.

345 O God, may someday, the church, which is a type of Enoch. Five hundred years he walked before God, walking, walking in the Light, with a testimony that "Everything God said, he did it." He didn't displease Him. What the Lord said do, Enoch done it.
(Remember that Enoch was a man like you and I, he (no doubt) made mistakes like any other mortal, but in his heart he was in agreement with the word that was being revealed to him by God for that hour, and that is what pleases God is when you believe the word that he has sent for your day, and you hold on to that word and keep walking in that word.)
Now, he was a type, remember. The ark is a type of the Jews, the hundred and forty-four thousand that's carried over, which is Noah and his bunch; but Enoch went home just a little bit before the flood. You know that. So Enoch just kept walking in the Light till one day he felt his feet getting off the ground. He just kept walking, and he walked on into glory without even dying. That's right. God took him away because he was walking in the Light, with a testimony that he walked in the Light of God, kept walking, walking.

Not for one moment do I bring a message to the people that they may follow me, or join my church, or start some fellowship and organization. I have never done that and will not do that now. I have no interest in those things, but I do have an interest in the things of God and people, and if I can accomplish just one thing I will be satisfied. That one thing is to see established a true spiritual relationship between God and men, wherein men become new creations in Christ, filled with His Spirit and live according to His Word.
From our opening scripture reading, we can see that Enoch was a family man, he was a married man with a wife and children, and with that comes the responsibilities and pressures of providing a home and a means to support your family.
So (no doubt) Enoch would have had an occupation or a trade so that he could earn a living and provide for the needs of his wife and family – but (if you will notice) in all these natural activities of his busy family life, we see that Enoch walked with God, and that was because he continued in the revelation of God as God was unfolding himself to him.
You cannot walk with God without him first revealing himself to you by the opening and the revealing of his word to your heart.
**And so many times we fail to walk with God like we should do because deep down we secretly esteem our own will above God’s will for us, we are not willing to surrender under the order and the headship of the word - we are not willing to die out to our own thoughts and ways.

61 And they have to have a crucifixion before you can have a resurrection. And before the church will ever be able to see a resurrected power, before I can ever see a new ministry take place myself, before you can ever enter into a new fellowship with God, there's got to be a self-crucifixion so that there can come a resurrection. We've got to die out to our own thoughts, die out to our own ways, die out to everything that's around us, go through the trials and tribulations, that we might see a new resurrection, a new Life. Before a sinner can ever become a Christian, there has to come a death, then a resurrection.
So Enoch probably had a little home business of some sort, and no doubt the phones would ring and he had to get to work and pay the bills and pay the mortgage and pay his taxes and pay the power account and put food on the table for the kids to eat and fix the car and fix the house and build a new house when the old one got to old and the windows leaked, and he’d have church on Sunday morning and on Wednesday night, and oh what a busy life it was for Enoch, but yet we are told that Enoch walked with God and was taken in a translation, in a rapture, and we know that Enoch is a type of the end time bride of this hour, so how he walked with God we must also walk with God, because Enoch was showing us an example of a people in this hour that will soon be taken off the earth in the rapturing of the bride of Christ.
***Christ is leading his bride by the word of the hour, and she is walking with Him into a translation faith to be taken off the earth.
But the trouble with some is that they still want to be their own leaders in life – they want to have their own will above God’s will for them – but you must realise what the price is for keeping your own way, because at the best it will lead you into the tribulation period like Eve having her own will lead her into a tribulation period.
We must realise that man is simply not design by God to lead himself.

Abraham, Moses--Moses was a man of God led by the Spirit of God. Oh, he wanted to lead himself one time. He got all the mathematics and militaryism all in his mind. He knowed what a great man he was, so he thought he could go right out and do it himself, but he found himself a failure. We to will either learn this lesson the easy way by obedience, or we will learn this lesson the hard way by disobedience, and sad to say that most of us have to learn this the hard way by our own bitter failures, and the reason for that is that because deep down we think that we know better for us than God knows what is best for us – we don’t think that in our minds, but way down deep we still want to be our own leaders – we are not fully willing to come under submission to the leadership of God.

He just waits and finds out the choice of his Maker. See? Then he goes in the Name of his Maker, when the Maker tells him to go.
Look at where man’s self-government and self-leadership has got him down through history.
There have been all kinds of different Governments tried and tested down though history from dictatorship to democracy – and every one of them without fail has come to failure, because man is not designed to lead other men or even to lead himself, because God designed man to be led by Him, and Him alone.
So what does is look like to walk with God in this hour?
PSALM 37:3-5
3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.
4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
We know that God wants to give you the desire of your heart because he loves to bless his children – God will even give you what you want like he did with Balaam because Balaam thought he was going to get rich, so God let him go on in his own will because that is what Balaam thought would be good for him, but he didn’t get rich he went broke, so you had better make sure that what you want is according to God’s will for your life because that way it will work out to be a blessing for you and not a cursing.
***So we know that God’s leadership is very tender and gentile because it is really a love relationship between God and man like a husband and wife that love each other – it’s a oneness in that he leads you almost in an unconscious fashion so that when you look back you see His leadership in your life, and that is oneness with God, because God and man are walking in agreement together – that is how man was designed by God to be lead.
**And if you really want God to lead you that way, then He will, but remember that God is not like a dictator, you can still choose to follow His leadership or not, and if you ever want your own way then he’ll let you go on with your own choice because if you don’t want him to lead you in a certain area of your life then he will respect that, and he will let you do it your own way like Jonah – but be sure of this, that you will also end by being swallowed down the fishes belly like Jonah was, but God in his grace will still deliver you if you call to him.
PROVERBS 12:15a
15 ¶ The way of a fool is right in his own eyes:

15 ¶ Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.
**Most people don’t want God leading them because deep down they remain convinced that they know how to make better decisions for themselves than what God could possible make for them, and the reason they think that is because of the power and the deception of their own reasoning.
But we know that Enoch was led by God and walked with God.
**So if you could have seen Enoch busy at work, or changing the babies nappies, or fixing up the house, or doing the grocery shopping, you couldn’t maybe see anything that gave you an indication that this man was walking with God like in a natural way – yet we know that in all these duties of natural life that Enoch was in a constant state of walking with God, and so this is the relationship that we are to come into with God in this hour after the opening of the seven seals.
JUDE 1:10-15
10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, (Notice his revelation and prophecy was about the coming of the Lord at a time when mankind upon the earth had gone completely evil and had gone into total darkness of apostasy like what we see in this age)
15 ¶ To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
This is an age of a dominating female spirit – like Vashti in the book of Esther; she was the boss who made her own decisions and that is what caused her downfall, and it is the same spirit that is on the denominational harlot daughters of the Catholic Church, they wouldn’t listen to the leadership of God through the voice of his serveth angel messenger.
JUDE 1:16-21
16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

262 Notice, the very day when this messenger... Not when he starts on, but when he begins to declare his Message. See? The First Pull, healing; Second Pull, prophesying; Third Pull, the opening of the Word, the mysteries revealed. No more, there is no more higher order to reveal the Word, than prophets. But the only way the prophet can be vindicated is by the Word. And, remember, the Third Pull was the opening of them Seven Seals, to reveal the hidden Truth that's been sealed in the Word. Do you see it?
The opening of the word is what allows you to truly walk with God in this hour, because the Third Pull begins with God fully unveiling himself by opening the revelation of his entire word for this hour to you, and that produces a faith in you that shows you who you are in relationship to him, and that is what meets the challenge of this hour.
***And that is why if the word has been opened to you in this age then you are already operating in the third pull of the seventh angel’s ministry, because before we can walk with God and see the supernatural take place, God must first revealed himself to you by the opening of his word, and when we walk in agreement with that word in our spirit and souls, then we are truly walking with God like Enoch did – because it takes full agreement with the word to fully walk with God.

48 Well, it's--it's practically that way now. You can't go to a church and preach unless you have a fellowship card or some identification. And now, on persons like ourselves, we're going to be cut out of all that, altogether, that's exactly, 'cause they won't be able to do it.
49 It's tightening. And then when that time comes, and the press comes to a place to where you're pressed out, then watch what I'm fixing to tell you in a few minutes. Watch the Third Pull then, see, and it'll be absolutely to the total lost, but it--it will be for the Bride and the Church.
50 Now we are closer than it seems to be. I don't know when, but it's real, real close. I may be building a platform for somebody else to step on. I may be taken before that time. I don't know. And that time may be this coming week, that the Holy Spirit will come with... and bring Christ Jesus. He may come this next week. He may come yet tonight. I don't know when He will come. He doesn't tell us that.

Because the Christian walk begins with faith in God, but then it is to mature into leadership and communion with God.

14 Now, the first man and first woman in the garden of Eden was in perfect harmony with God, so much that God could come down at any time He desired and talk lip-to-ear with Adam and Eve. Now, that is perfect oneness: God and His creation, God speaking lip-to-ear with Adam and Eve. And they were so perfect in harmony with God till they were one with God. God and His family was one.
Any man and his family, a correct, good, noble, obedient family is one with another: any family. And if there's something in the family that moves them apart, then it's not right; the family's broken somewhere. They should all be one: father with mother, mother with father, children with parent, parent with children, all in agreement. And when you see that, you'll see one lovely picture.
16 That's God's purpose. And His purpose as Father supreme, was to be one with His family, earthly family, Adam and Eve. And the only way that they could be one with the family, or with God, was because God's nature was in them. So that made them with God's nature in them, then with each other and God, they become all one. Isn't that a beautiful picture, God in His family, Father over all, supreme, no death, no sorrow, no heartaches, no nothing, just joy unspeakable: never to be sick, never to have a heartache, just one with God. What a picture. Because the very nature of God was in these people. And therefore, what they did, they followed just in line with God, and God with them made them one.

Where they went, I don't know.
148 And I stood there a few moments, tears running down through my beard, and them gray. I thought, "God, how, I don't know what to do."
149 I thought, "Well, I was... I guess the brethren are all back in the tent. And the sun is shining everywhere."
150 I started walking down the mountain. And the snow all drying up, with that hot sun; steam coming out of my shirt. Just a moment, or two, difference. And I started walking down the mountain. And when I did, I said...
I heard a Voice say, "Why don't you walk with Me?"
Look at the pattern of events
- First he obeys the voice and walks in the leadership of God against all his natural reasoning
- Then God begins to reveal his presence more to him by a voice
- Then he come into and operates the power of the spoken word under the supervision and guidance of God
- Then he and God continue to walk together through the woods as Adam would have done back in Eden before the fall of man.
And Enoch Walked with God
This is what we are called to in this hour.
