For Such a Time as This

ESTHER 4:12-14

12   And they told to Mordecai Esther's words.

13   Then Mordecai commanded to answer Esther (Notice – a message was sent to her), Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king's house, more than all the Jews.

14   For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

(Esther didn’t understand the purpose of her life as to why she (being an orphan girl and raised by her uncle) was now the wife of the most powerful man on earth at that time, but we see that under Mordechai’s messages to her that it was beginning to dawn on her that she had been raised for a great purpose, and that God had placed her in that position as the kings wife for such a time as this)

For Such a Time as This

There are only two books in the bible named after woman – Ruth and Esther. Both books are showing us the mystery of the gentile bride at the time when the Jews are going back to their homeland.

Ruth represents the gentile bride that comes into a marriage union with Boaz (who is Christ), while at the same time Naomi represents the Jews going back to their homeland after WW2. That is why the marriage of the Lamb to the gentile bride couldn’t take place until after WW2 – between Revelation CH: 9 and Revelation CH: 11.

Then we see that Esther is also a woman that comes into a marriage union, and Esther is placed after the book of Ezra and Nehemiah which is also the Jews going back to their homeland. And so we know that both of these books apply directly to this time we are living in right now when a gentile bride people have come into a marriage covenant with Christ by receiving the original seed of the word of this hour, and the Jews have also gone back to their homeland at this time.

*So these two books (Ruth and Esther) are both showing us a great revelation of the gentile bride at this time.

**So we want to try and look into the life of this young virgin woman called Esther who as a young girl lost both of her parents and became an orphan – so we notice that her young life was not without grief and turmoil, but we also know that God (many times) will use grief to deepen and enrich the character of a person.

*When we study any portion of the word of God, we must first understanding that the whole purpose of God was to express himself first in Christ (the man) and then in his church – the woman (which is His many membered bride body of people). And so we must learn to see Christ in every verse and certainly in every story of the bible because the whole bible is the expression of the one God and his 3 fold purpose.

*Esther is a virgin woman that comes into a marriage union with a king – so this is of course showing us a picture of ourselves in this hour because we are also a virgin bride people that have not been man handled by an organised denominational hierarchy of man’s dogma and creed.

THE.SEED.IS.NOT.HEIR.WITH.THE.SHUCK_ JEFF.IN V-6 N-4 THURSDAY_ 65-0218

111   … Now it's Seed time, or Bride time. The shucks are dead. The shucks are dried up. The virgin Word time, not touched. It's a virgin, remember, a virgin Word time. If you'd put It in the hands of a denomination, It sure won't be virgin; It'll be man-handled, time you get to It. But God's Church is not touched by denomination.

*So when we study this book of Esther we must be able to see God’s great redemptive plan revealed in this story concerning the gentile bride of this hour, because the entire bible has the one purpose and Goel.

CHRIST.IS.THE.MYSTERY.OF.GOD.REVEALED_ JEFF.IN V-3 N-7 SUNDAY_ 63-0728

107     … The entire Bible is an expression of one goal that God had, one purpose He wanted to achieve in the entire Bible. And all the acts of the--of the believers in the Bible has been in type, and expressing what God's great goal is, and now in this last day He has revealed it and shows it.

CHRIST.IS.THE.MYSTERY.OF.GOD.REVEALED_ JEFF.IN V-3 N-7 SUNDAY_ 63-0728

154   First, to express Hisself completely, God in Christ.

155   Second, to have the preeminences, by this, in His Church, which is His Body, the Bride, till He could have the preeminence to express Himself through them. All right.

156   And, thirdly, to restore the Kingdom to its rightly position, that fell by sin by the first Adam, back to where He walked in the cool of the evening, with His people, talked with them, fellowshipped with them.

**So we have to look at this book of Esther through the eyes of this threefold purpose of God to be able to really understand this book.

II TIMOTHY 2:20

20   But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

So in the great drama of the bible, we see all these types of vessels, like Cain, of how he treated his brother Abel. Like Pharaoh and Moses. Each person that has come into the world has come for a purpose – for either a vessel of honour or a vessel of dishonour. So God has a purpose for vessels of dishonour that come into the world because He uses them to assist Him in the revealing of the vessels of honour and to show the contrast between them.

***You needed a Pilate to condemn Jesus to death even when he had found no fault in him and all.

You needed a Judas to betray Christ to reveal the true character of the love of God to a sinful world.

You needed a Haman in the book of Esther to bring out the real character of Esther and Mordechai.

You needed a Hitler in our generation to bring to pass the fulfilment of certain scriptures of end time prophecy regarding the Jewish people and the return to their homeland.

***So vessels of honour and vessels of dishonour are associated together in drama to show the purposed and expression of God.

ESTHER 2:1-7

1     ¶ After these things, when the wrath of king Ahasuerus was appeased, he remembered Vashti, and what she had done, and what was decreed against her. (Remember that in Esther chapter 1: Vashti refused to come into the presence of the king, showing how that the Pentecostal church of these last days has refused to receive a further pregnation of the word and to come into the presence of the King who is the word of this hour which is the revealing of the son of man in our generation - the very presence of Christ himself.

the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout”)

2   Then said the king' s servants that ministered unto him, Let there be fair young virgins sought for the king: (A virgin bride is being sort. Notice – no denominational church woman need apply because they do not qualify for this position – they are woman that have already received seed by another husband that is not the true word husband of the word of this hour, so that is why married woman with other husbands are already out of the picture at this stage of the story – and that is why denominations are out of the picture now in this day because we are now only dealing with virgins)

3   And let the king appoint officers in all the provinces of his kingdom, that they may gather together all the fair young virgins unto Shushan the palace, to the house of the women, unto the custody of Hege the king's chamberlain, keeper of the women; and let their things for purification be given them: (Notice – a gathering time of virgins after the Pentecostal church refused to come into a further portion of the word, and they are being gathered for the purpose of purification, even though they are virgins, they still needed to be washed, and this end time bride is also in need to be washed by the water of the word in order to purify us from all of our lingering ideas of past age man-made dogman in order to come into the presence of the king to receive his seed word)

4   And let the maiden which pleaseth the king be queen instead of Vashti. And the thing pleased the king; and he did so. (We will see later that with Esther, that it was in the way that she received seed that pleased the king, because it is also the way that this end time bride receives the seed word of this hour that pleases the King also – it was to do with her character)

5   Now in Shushan the palace there was a certain Jew, whose name was Mordecai, the son of Jair, the son of Shimei, the son of Kish, a Benjamite; (Notice how different characters are introduced to the story – these vessels of honour and dishonour. Mordecai is a vessel of honour because he honoured the true God)

6   Who had been carried away from Jerusalem with the captivity which had been carried away with Jeconiah king of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away. (Like Esther, Mordechai had gone through some deep waters that no doubt had had a profound effect on his life that God would then use those troubles to mould him in a certain way for the purpose that he had for him later on – there would be a work for him to do when he got older)

7   And he brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther, his uncle's daughter: for she had neither father nor mother (Notice how that her mother and father were dead – that is a hard thing, and it is also a hard thing to realise that your denominational mother church is dead in this day, and now you are being raised by a man with maybe a seventh grade education and a hillbilly accent), and the maid was fair and beautiful; whom Mordecai, when her father and mother were dead, took for his own daughter.

As we mentioned before, when we think of this young virgin girl we see that she has been through a great trauma in her life of losing both her parents - that is not a small thing to go through. And so we know that God uses these very hard trials in our lives to mould us for future events that he has planned for such a time that we would come into the purpose of what he wants to express through us – we needed that previous training that God placed within our lives, hard as it may seem.

Mordecai had also raised her in a way that had had a great influence on her life that cause her to have the type of attitude that when she came into the presence of the king, that the King found a character in her that he didn’t find in all the other woman.

**That is what each bride member possesses in this day – it is in the way that we can receive the seed word of the revelation of this hour, that is what pleases the Lord. Because without being able to receive the revelation of the seed word for this hour, you cannot please the Lord.

HEBREWS 11:6a

6   But without faith it is impossible to please him:

Faith is revelation, and to get revelation you must be able to receive the seed of the spirit of word of God – that is why we know that Esther pleased the king in the way that she received his seed. Vashti displeased the king by refusing him and failing to go on to received further seed.

MARRIAGE.AND.DIVORCE_ JEFF.IN V-3 N-13 SUNDAY_ 65-0221M

256     Notice, He can put her away, but she cannot put Him away. He did it, has proved it, in the days when Luther, Wesley, and Pentecost, when they refused to become the further part of Him by having spiritual sexual affair to become pregnated with further part of the Word. You understand? She refused. The Lutheran church refused for Christ to have any more desire with her; Luther refused it. And let me say this, going to call me something anyhow; so is it today with every one of them, they fail to take that Word, they refuse Christ!

257   And any woman that refuses a man his child, has no right to be a wife to him. Amen. You remember, in the Bible, when the king married Esther? Because the queen (Vashti) refused, he just got him another one. And when the... What happened when she refused to come out with the king and obey him? The same thing it is with a woman that refuses to be wife to her husband.

258     And so is it with the church that refuses to become pregnated in the age that we now live in, to bring forth children of this age. We are not Lutherans, we're not Wesleys, neither are we Pentecostals! We've got to be the children of this age, through the pregnancy of the Word of God, to bring forth a Child of this age, the Seed Child. Amen. I hope you understand. Couldn't be pregnated, no, so what did He do? Put her away, in divorcement. That's right. But she daresn't put Him away. He put her away.

ESTHER 1:9-20

9   Also Vashti the queen made a feast for the women in the royal house which belonged to king Ahasuerus. (Men and women did not take their meals together in Persia unless in the privacy of domestic life)

10     ¶ On the seventh day (we know that this represents the Laodicean church age which is the seventh age when the Pentecostal woman church Vashti appears on the scene and is invited to come into the very presence of the King which is the revealed word of this hour), when the heart of the king was merry with wine, he commanded Mehuman, Biztha, Harbona, Bigtha, and Abagtha, Zethar, and Carcas, the seven chamberlains that served in the presence of Ahasuerus the king,

11   To bring Vashti the queen before the king with the crown royal, to shew the people and the princes her beauty: for she was fair to look on.

12   But the queen Vashti refused to come at the king's commandment by his chamberlains: therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him.

13   Then the king said to the wise men, which knew the times, (for so was the king's manner toward all that knew law and judgment:

14   And the next unto him was Carshena, Shethar, Admatha, Tarshish, Meres, Marsena, and Memucan, the seven princes of Persia and Media, which saw the king's face, and which sat the first in the kingdom;)

15   What shall we do unto the queen Vashti according to law, because she hath not performed the commandment of the king Ahasuerus by the chamberlains?

16   And Memucan answered before the king and the princes, Vashti the queen hath not done wrong to the king only, but also to all the princes, and to all the people that are in all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus.

17   For this deed of the queen shall come abroad unto all women, so that they shall despise their husbands in their eyes, when it shall be reported, The king Ahasuerus commanded Vashti the queen to be brought in before him, but she came not.

18   Likewise shall the ladies of Persia and Media say this day unto all the king's princes, which have heard of the deed of the queen. Thus shall there arise too much contempt and wrath.

(Memucan knew that this example of Vashti would be a great influence to the woman of the entire nation so that it would eventually weaken the position and respect between wives towards their husbands, and by doing so would weaken the family structure which would in turn weaken the entire nation so that a stronger nation could overtake them – this Memucan was a very wise man.

But look at the nations of the world today of how we have allowed the family home to become dominated by the female. The head of our nation is a woman whose husband stays home and looks after the baby, and now look at how weak and domestically frail all the nations of the world have become because of this.)

19   If it please the king, let there go a royal commandment from him, and let it be written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, that it be not altered, That Vashti come no more before king Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal estate unto another that is better than she.

20   And when the king's decree which he shall make shall be published throughout all his empire, (for it is great,) all the wives shall give to their husbands honour, both to great and small.

These were men that took action against this threat of letting the woman get out of their God given position.

IS.YOUR.LIFE.WORTHY.OF.THE.GOSPEL_ JEFF.IN V-5 N-5 SUNDAY_ 63-0630E

275     May you men that's got your wives, and let them be the boss of the house and lead you around, may the God of Heaven give you grace to set your foot down and bring that woman back to her right mind again, yeah, and realize that that's your place in Christ. Not a boss, now, but you are the head of the house. Remember, she's not even in the original creation. She's only a by-product of you, give by God, to you, to take care of you, to keep your clothes clean and fix your meals, and so forth. She's not your dictator.

276   You American women run around with a gob of paint on your face, and your nose up in the air (it'd rain, it'd drown you), and then think you're some sort of a dictator. You are, to a sissy, but not a real son of God. Right.

277     May God give you men grace, as sons of God, to stop such nonsense as that.

A woman has a tremendous amount of power given to her by God if she remains in her position in her relationship to man. In the original, she was co-equal with him, and she will be again when the kingdom is restored.

Esther was promised up to half the kingdom because she remained in her correct position in her relationship to her husband, but Vashti lost all her power and privileges because she refuse her headship and tried to lord it over her husband, and so she lost all her privileges because she got out of her position.

Even in the animal kingdom, the male and the female animal know their position.

A woman has enough to worry about with her own God given responsibilities without trying to take on the man’s role as well.

**Woman first came out of the man, but now the woman and the man come out of the woman. Isn’t that enough responsibility for the woman to have to worry about – so why does she also want to take on the weight of her husband’s job as well? It is because the devil has lied to woman again like he did to the first woman Eve by making her think that she is suppressed if she doesn’t take on the man’s role as the leader and the provider of the home as well as all of her own pressures – she doesn’t realise that the both husband and wife is one flesh working together in two bodies with different roles.

*No wonder the stress levels of our so called modern world are at an all-time high. Now they both have to go to work just to put enough food on the table, and the kids come home from school to an empty home and get up to things they shouldn’t be getting up to and now we’ve got what we’ve got today.

***There can be a great rest and inner peace for a woman that can cast all her cares upon the man, and that also does something for the man, it gives him a spirit within to get out and fight for the protection and the provision and the blessing of his wife.

***What Vashti threw away, Esther receives all the blessings of the entire kingdom by virtue of the marriage covenant – she even brings about a resurrection to a people that were already on paper dead and buried.

THE.MARRIAGE.OF.THE.LAMB_ PHOENIX.AZ SUNDAY_ 62-0121E

E-70   Esther... This queen, she wouldn't listen to it. She wouldn't come, humiliated him. Said, "If--if this first lady of the land sets an example like that, all the rest of the women will do it. So then, when a man calls for his wife, she'll say, 'Go jump in the river.'" See? Boy, he really foretold America, didn't he?

Now, we find out that in doing so... Then there was a man that had some wisdom about him, come up and counseled with the king. He said, "The thing to do is excommunicate her, and send out through the nation, and call in all the virgins that there is, young virgins, and there pick yourself a wife." It pleased the king.

There are some great truths that by the grace of God and the revelation of this hour we will find in this story of Esther.
