Prophecy Verses Fulfilment
HEBREWS 1:1-2
1 ¶ God, who at sundry times (sundry times = by many various ways, by many portions) and in divers manners (different manners) spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, (Brother Branham tells us that the correct translation should be 'IN' the Prophets, Not 'by’ the Prophets - God was in the Prophets speaking his word)
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son (all those many portions of what was in the prophets was now all totalled in Christ), whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
(Notice carefully that Paul is referring to that time as being the “last days”, because Christ came at the end of the Old Testament when all the Old Testament prophecies concerning Him was now being fulfilled for that end time hour. Christ was the fullness and the fulfilment of it all – He was the Anti-type to all those shadows and types, it was He that cast all those shadows down through the Old Testament. Christ was the reality of all that had been sown and prophesied beforehand concerning him.)
So this pattern also runs true for the New Testament because we are now living in “the last days” again at the end of the New Testament where what was prophesied concerning this end time hour is now being fulfilled in the bride of Christ – she collectively as a many membered body of people is now the fullness of all the types concerning her at this end time.
First there is sowing, then there is reaping or harvest time when that which was sown in prophecy comes to its full expression and manifestation in the harvest time at the last days. What was sown in prophecy in word form at the beginning always puts on flesh at harvest time at the end.
Prophecy Verses Fulfilment
HEBREWS 10:7
7 ¶ Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
Throughout the entire Old Testament, the scriptures spoke of Christ in prophecy form (in the volume of the book it is written of me), and so when Jesus Christ appeared on earth in flesh, he was the fulfilment and the reality and the sum total of all the entire shadows and types and prophecies down through the Old Testament concerning him.
But at the end of the Old Testament when he was actually on earth and living out his life, we know that there were very few people at that time that could actually recognised that he was the word vindicated for that hour, that he was actually all those prophecies being fulfilled.
- He was the one that was prophesied about in Genesis 3 that would bruise the serpents head.
- He was the real promised son that was to come that Isaac was only a prophecy and type of him.
- He was the real Joseph who was loved of the father and hated of his brothers, and that rose to the right hand of the father with all dominion under him.
- He was the pascal lamb at the time of the first exodus; He was the fulfilment of all the laws concerning the sacrifices for sins.
- He was the water from the rock in the wilderness
- He was the real son of David, the king of kings
They all believed that this one was coming, but they couldn’t recognise him when he came, they couldn’t recognise these prophecies when they were coming to pass because the prophecy in its fulfilment almost always looks so very different to what the people think it should look like, and the main reason for that is because of what people imagine in their minds of what that prophecy should look like when it appears and is being fulfilled.
****In the volume of the Old Testament book (from Genesis to Malachi) it was spoken of Him by many portions and in many different ways (in “sundry” times) – but in the last days at the end of the Old Testament all those prophecies became a reality in Christ.
HEBREWS 1:1-2
1 ¶ God, who at sundry times (by many portions and various ways) and in divers manners (different manners) spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son… (So what was spoken in prophecy was now being spoken by a lived expression and not just a letter or a word written on a scroll, but that lived expression looked so different to them to what seemed to have been spoken, but if they had truly and honestly examined it by the word, it was exactly the perfect match to the prophecy, but because it look so humble, everyone failed to see it but the real elect of God for that end time hour.
MATTHEW 13:14-17
14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.
17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
JOHN 5:39
39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. They thought they had eternal life in the written form of the prophecy, but eternal life is being able to see the word and accept it when that scripture is becoming flesh in the day that you are living in – that is the “Light” for your day, that is where the real life is - you must walk in and be a part of living word for your day – God is the “I AM” (Presentence) God, not the I WAS (Historical) God.
But when the word is coming to pass, it looks so common and simple to the public that people cannot connect it to the scriptural prophecy, they are all so busy looking for great big things of their own imaginations that they completely miss what God doing for their day.

66-1 {431} Remember, friend, don't look for great big... You say, "God." He speaks of great big things. There'll come a time there'll be this, that, or the other, great big things... I hope you're catching what I'm talking about (See?), great big things... See? And oh, when this comes to pass, it'll be great, big like this, and it'll be so humble you'll miss the whole thing and just go right on. See?
You'll look back and say, "Well, that never did come to..." See? Passed right over the top, and you never even seen it, just...?... See? It's so simple.

148-1 {206} Now, look at Malachi 4 just a minute. Well, well, you just mark it down. He is a prophet and restores the original faith of the fathers. Now, we're looking for that person to appear on the scene. He'll be so humble, the ten millions times ten millions will... Well, there'll be a little group that'll understand it.

537-4 {88} Now, could you imagine when this person comes on the scene--when he does, remember, it'll be so humble and things till the churches will miss it a long ways.
Back in Jesus day, why did all the great theologians that knew all the Old Testament scriptures (some of them could quote almost every word by heart) miss the reality of that word when it was coming to pass right amongst them? – Because when that word was actually coming to pass in its reality and fulfilment, it looked so different to what they had imagined in their minds and because of that they failed to see it.
PROVERBS 3:5
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
But when it came to the interpretation of Scripture, they all leant to their own understanding and reasoning like Eve and miss the whole thing.

77 God don't need no interpreter. He is His Own interpreter. He does His Own interpretation by bringing to pass the things that He said would happen.
**We are now living at the end time of the New Testament. So what about this day concerning all the prophecies of Christ’s second coming because this is the greatest event of all time right now when the second coming of the Lord, the “secret” coming of Christ is taking place right now all around and yet the entire Christian world of millions of people who are looking for this same event are missing the whole thing because they cannot see the scriptures concerning this time coming to pass because they are blinded by their own interpretations and imaginations.

32 I--I truly believe that we're on the--the verge of one of the most mightiest things that ever struck the earth since the days of the Lord Jesus. See? See? But now we can only be known as... It'll be so humble. See? See, what man calls mighty, God calls "abomination." But what man calls foolish, God calls "mighty." See? So now watch it, see, it'll be so humble that you'll never miss... that you'll miss it if you're not got the Token there to examine it, you see. See?
**Often we find that our experiences in life (which were all planed in great detail by God before the foundation of the world) opens our understanding of the word in a depth that if God had not allowed us to have gone through certain experiences and troubles then we could never have understood certain portions of scripture fully of how God wanted us to know it.
**Because the word is not just to be an intellectual knowing, but it must become a “living” knowing, something that becomes a part of you.
Much of what was brought to us by Malachi 4 ministry (Brother Branham) we find that it was the things that he went through and suffered in his life that opened up the word to him in a way that no bible seminary could have ever taught it to him.
**The experience that he had at Mishawaka with the two men who one spoke in tongues and the other interpreted, it was that experience that God used to open up to him the truth concerning the wheat and the tares rejoicing by the same rain shower, showing that the true Holy Ghost can fall on the just and the unjust, the right seed and the wrong seed – but it took that experience in his life combined with the written word for him to fully comprehend the meaning of what God was really teaching.
That is why seminary teaching can never do it by itself, because that is not the way God teaches a person and brings a person to a true understanding of his word – it takes the word and the experience combined. Jesus was the word made flesh, and that is what fully reveals God, is when the word becomes flesh and the flesh is becoming word.

268 Oh, that spiritual union of Christ and His Church now, when the flesh is becoming Word, and the Word is becoming flesh, manifested, vindicated. Just what the Bible said would happen in this day, it's happening, day by day.
ISAIAH 40:3-5 Speaking of John the Baptist
3 ¶ The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:
5 And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
This was speaking about John the Baptist, but we never saw literal mountains becoming flat or valleys coming up like a great cataclysmic earthquake that changed the contour of the land. But what we saw was a man preaching and preparing the people to receive Christ. All the crooked pathways of what the Pharisees and Sadducees had form by their own interpretations had to be levelled out and made smooth, but without the written word of ISAIAH 40:3-5, if we just saw a man preaching we could never understand what was really going on without the scripture explaining it to us in that way.

123 It was now beginning to soak into them. He had done told them they were fools for not looking at the prophecy for that day. And now it begin to soak in, begin to see the fulfilling of all this that had taken place in the last few days, in the last two or three years, the vindicated prophecy of the age. It was then that they knew that their crucified friend, Jesus, had fulfilled every Word of this.
MALACHI 3:1 This is also John the Baptist
1 ¶ Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
John the Baptist was the forerunner of the first coming of the Lord, but what we actually saw was a wilderness man preaching repentance and that the kingdom of heaven was drawing near.
Let’s look at this hour and take some familiar passages in the book of Revelation concerning Malachi 4 which was the Elijah spirit in a man that would forerun the second coming of the Lord for this day that we live in and see the scripture and then see the fulfilment and notice how they look compared to one another. Prophecy Verses the Fulfilment
****Remember that the prophecy explains what is really going on in the flesh world that we live in, because most people cannot see under the surface of natural happenings and events – so the written prophecy is opening to us and making it clear to us what is really taking place in the unseen realm.
***So for example, we see with our natural eyes John the Baptist preaching in the wilderness (that is what you see in this world of what we call reality), but what is really going on that is taking place in the unseen realm is that the mountains of what the Jewish religious world of that day had formed in the people’s minds were being levelled out, and the low places of what they had neglected were being raised up, and the stony places were being made smooth etc. – but you would never had comprehended that without the written word of the prophecy.
REVELATION 1:1
1 ¶ The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:
This angel was in reality a man of human flesh, a human being, and his name was William Branham, and John in the book of Revelation represents the bride of this day because the final interpretation of the word is always in flesh.
*Has God revealed himself to us (John/the end time bride) in this hour by the ministry of the Holy Spirit though his servant William Branham? – Yes.
As it was in Noah’s day, the world just could not accept that God would condemn them to destruction because they rejected the message of one man. They just could not believe that God required their whole generation to believe in this one man’s message; they could not believe that if they didn’t follow and heed this one man’s voice that God would destroy them all. And as it was in Noah’s day, so it is again in this day.
Remember - God’s prophet represents God to the people – so it’s not just a man. When they rejected Samuel, they weren’t rejecting Samuel they were rejecting God himself – that’s a big difference.
I SAMUEL 8:7
7 And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.
REVELATION 3:14
14 ¶ And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
We know that this angel to the Laodicean church age was also a man, and his name was William Branham.
REVELATION 10:7
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
We know that this angel was also brother Branham – this is the same angle of Malachi 4, and the seventh angel of the Laodicean church age of Revelation 3.
REVELATION 10:8
8 ¶ And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. This is you and I who receive the message of the hour that came from Christ though the channel of the seventh angel.
REVELATION 17:1
1 ¶ And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
Who showed us the mother and her harlot daughters in this hour? – The seventh angel – Brother Branham again.
REVELATION 18:1-4
1 ¶ And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
What voice has called us out of Babylon in this hour? – The voice of God through his seventh angel William Branham.
REVELATION 21:9
9 ¶ And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. Who revealed to us who the true bride of Christ was in this hour? – Brother Branham.
REVELATION 21:16-17
16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
This angel that showed John the measurements of the city is also Brother Branham when he preached THE FUTURE HOME OF THE HEAVENLY BRIDEGROOM AND THE EARTHLY BRIDE - JEFFERSONVILLE INDIANA, SUNDAY 2nd August 1964
REVELATION 22:8-9
8 And I John (The end time bride) saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
This Angel was also brother Branham because this book of revelation is all about what this angel is showing John - who has God used to show all these things concerning this day to the bride of this day – brother Branham.
REVELATION 22:16
16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
This angel that Jesus sent to testify these things in the Churches is also clearly William Branham.
***Look at the prophecy and look at the fulfilment, and you will see that what you are so sure must be some great big thing that is to come has already taken place and it happened in such a simple way that even the Elect take a long time before they really see it.
Much of these things have already come to pass amongst us, and only the true Bride of Christ can recognise these things.
Modern events are made clear by the vindicated prophecy.
**But now the focus and the fulfilment of prophecy is moving from the messenger (the 7th Angel) to the Bride herself, and that fulfilment will also be so humble that the public of this hour will miss it a million miles.
