The Hidden Manna
LUKE 10:21-22
21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.
22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
REVELATION 2:17
17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
The Hidden Manna
Connect this subject into Shepherd and sheep as we go along and also connect it into our theme of – “Lest we should let them Slip” from HEBREWS 2:1
1 ¶ Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
We are commissioned as the elect of this age to feed on the things that we have heard spoken out of the mouth of the seventh angel.
Life or death proceeds from a mouth.
MATTHEW 4:4
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
MATTHEW 15:11
11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
What comes out of a mouth? Words, and words convey thoughts that are either the truth of the word of God which is life, or false against the word of God which is death. Thou hast the words of eternal life – eternal life comes by words, and eternal death comes by words, and words proceed from a mouth.
REVELATION 16:13
13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. This was the false teaching of the trinity doctrine of 3 gods making up the godhead instead of one God in 3 dispensations of offices.
What brought death to Adam and Eve in Eden was by what came out of the mouth of the serpent which became the dragon in Revelation. The beast at the beginning and the beast at the end is the same beast with the same lying tongue.

244 … This is "false prophet," singular. "False prophet," the first pope; and from there come out "the--the whore, and the mother of harlots," the whole thing.
A false trinity was rising; not in the early days, wouldn't be made manifest in the early days, it went right on through with it. But when the Seven Seals be come, and opened those mysteries and revealed them; that's when "the frogs, three unclean spirits like frogs, come out to manifest themselves," a trinity doctrine against the Truth. See? Huh!
REVELATION 10:10
10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. That is why the final voice is in the bride, and she is speaking this same revelation again that first came out of the mouth of the true prophet.
This is the Great Shepherd feeding his sheep from what proceeded from the mouth of the seventh angel to the mouth of the bride, from eagle beak to eagle beak – this is the hidden manna which is the revelation of Christ Himself to the sheep of his fold – my sheep hear my voice.

E-37 God said "Moses, make you a golden pot." Hallelujah! And in there place this manna. And remember, that a believer when he walked in there, that manna never did run out. It was always fresh and new and sweet as the days went by as the years went by (Revelation 10:8-11 is John (who represents the bride of this hour) who is eating the book which is the revelation of the word, and that is what is revealing Christ to you as an individual). And any man who comes to Christ and hides away and the veil falls behind him, he's in the Presence of Almighty God, eating the manna day and night, from one hour to the other. E-38 Now remember, only believers, only the elect comes into that, that God has chosen you. I believe that in Revelations 2 said, "He that overcometh." So it's promised to overcomers.
You said, "I overcome smoking." That ain't what He's talking about. There's a whole lot more goes to Christianity besides not smoking cigarettes or drinking whiskey. "He that overcometh shall inherit all things, and he will be My son; I will be His God, and (listen) I will give him of the hidden manna. (Amen.) I will hide him away, and I will give him the hidden things the world on the outside of the curtain don't know nothing about it." Hallelujah! Though they eat manna, but they don't know about this. "I will give to him the hidden manna.
The hidden manna is the revelation of this message.

305 Well, what is the hidden manna? The manna that isn't given to all of the congregation. The revelation is poured out upon the angel of the church, the revelation of the Word (See?), revelation of the Word is given to the Angel of that age, for it's hid from everywhere, and revealed back (the hidden manna) to... It's addressed to the angel of the church.
**So we know that the hidden manna is the revelation of the word for the age that you live in that is reserved only for the elect of each age to come to know these things – this is the food that Peter was told to feed His sheep, it is the revelation of Jesus Christ for your day, and so we want to feed upon that revelation of the word because that is the food that the Chief shepherd is feeding us in this hour of His appearing.
EZEKIEL 34:10-15
10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds (denominational pastors that feed trinity doctrine); and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth (their mouth is their false teaching of the word), that they may not be meat for them. (Teaching them a prosperity doctrine to fatten their own purses)
11 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.
12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. (That dark day is this age)
13 And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.
14 I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.
15 I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD. Notice I I I, the Lord Himself, the great shepherd of the sheep himself, when the chief shepherd shall appear – this is the time we are living in now.
So we want to become one with that word – “the world will not see me but ye shall see me” said Jesus, how do we see him, by him revealing himself to us by the hidden manna.

662-83 In the--the Bible, we just come through it over there in the--in the--in the church ages. Jesus is the hidden Manna; Christ is the church's Manna. What is manna? Manna in the Old Testament was that what come down from heaven fresh every night to sustain the church in its journey. Is that right? Now, in the New Testament what is the hidden Manna? "A little while and the world seeth Me no more (hidden); yet ye shall see Me, for I'll be with you, even in you to the end of the world." And Christ is that hidden Manna that comes from God out of heaven afresh every day--every day.
We can't say, "Well, two weeks ago I had a great experience of God." What about right now? See? Every day, fresh, a new blessing, a new something coming from God, the hidden Manna coming down from God out of heaven, Christ. And we feast upon this Manna which is Christ, and He sustains us through the journey till we reach the--the land on the other side.
662-85 Now, that's what He meant by, "Feed My sheep." We'd get on that, we'd never get to the rest of the questions, 'cause that's a good one for me. I like that, when I talk of Christ being the Manna and the Food for the sheep.
Feed them Christ from His Word. See? Take the Word of Christ just exactly the way it's wrote here and give it out to the sheep. No matter what anybody else says, "Oh, they need a hamburger." Don't you believe it. Here's what they need right here. This is It. See? Give them This. This is sheep Food. That's what makes them grow. The Holy Spirit, this is His Word, His commission. The Word is a Seed. The seed brings forth a plant; the plant we eat. Now, this is what brings forth the plant that the Holy Spirit thrives upon, is the church. It feeds... It--it--it feeds upon the church, the Holy Spirit does, rejoicing in the Presence of God, because that the people is believing His Word and letting Him work through them, giving them the very things that God promised them that they would do. And God sees His church growing, therefore the sheep's being fed, and the Holy Spirit's being glorified. See? That's it. "Feed My sheep."

204 The Word Bread always means to be fed on. "And man shall not live by bread, like this bread, alone, but by every Word." So that's the Word Bread, keep that in mind, this is this Bread that the church through every age has fed on, has been the hidden Manna just for the overcomer only.
You must overcome your own will of reasoning against the word because your reasoning against the word of God will only lead you into deception, and deception is what caused the fall in Eden that brought death to the human race, and it will bring death to us also if we reason against the word for this day.

His Word was bread. It was the perfect manna, which, if a man live by, he shall never die. But right after the death of the fathers, no one seemed to know the exact truth and in a short while this manna seemed to have become hidden to the people. But in every age God began to give back by revelation that which was hidden until in this last day according to Revelation 10:7, a prophet will come and reveal all the mysteries and then the Lord will come. Now in each age, I say, the messengers received hidden truth. But they did not receive it for themselves only. But it is as it was when the disciples were asked to serve the multitudes loaves and fishes; Jesus gave them the broken food, but they in turn gave it to the people (This is the 5 fold ministry). God gives His hidden manna to the overcomer. It cannot be otherwise. He would not open His treasures to those who spurn what is already revealed.
The Eternal future partaking of the hidden manna

Now then, there is also the thought of the future partaking of the hidden manna. I think it will be the eternal partaking of the revelation of Jesus Christ in the eternal ages to come. How else could we begin to know the unsearchable riches of His own Being? All that we have longed to know, all our unanswered questions, all that will be revealed. It will be from Christ Who is our life that we receive it. Oh, sometimes we think we get to know a little of Him and His Word down here, and it is so good, it makes us rejoice; but one day when our flesh changes, that Word and He will become what we had never dreamed possible.
