The Master is Come and Calleth for Thee

JOHN 11:20-29

20   Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him: but Mary sat still in the house. (Notice - the message that Jesus WAS coming caused Martha to rise and go and meet the Lord, but it didn’t have the same effect on Mary, it didn’t cause Mary to rise at that time and go to meet the Lord)

21   Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.

22   But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.

23   Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.

24   Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

25   Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

26   And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

27   She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

28   And when she had so said, she went her way, and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Master is come, and calleth for thee.

29    As soon as she heard that, she arose quickly, and came unto him. (What caused Mary to rise and come to Jesus? not the message that the master is coming, but the message that the master IS COME)

JOHN 11:43-44

43   And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. (he didn’t just say “come forth” or every grave would have come forth – but this is a name calling resurrection which is a type of the first resurrection that is to take place in this hour - He is specifying who is to come out - this not the general resurrection)

44   And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

The Master is Come and Calleth for Thee

Last week – The Second Coming of the Lord Explained – we want to continue with this subject.

We see from last week that in the message called “The Rapture” (4th December 1965), Brother Branham takes 1st Thessalonians 4 and for the first time explains what the shout, voice, and trump is, and notice - from his birth on April 6, 1909 all the way to December the 4th 1965 you don’t find anywhere in the entire Message that he ever explained this until he preached this message call “The Rapture”.

So now at the end of his ministry, and for the first time in his entire ministry, he explains this threefold mystery of the second coming of the Lord, and we already know that the Seventh Seal is the coming of the Lord, and that the Seventh Seal was revealed in a three-fold manner.

THE.SEVENTH.SEAL_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 63-0324E

557-3 {245}   …And now, as certain as I stand in the platform tonight, I had the revelation that revealed... It's in a threefold manner. That, I will speak to you by God's help of a fold of it.

THE.SEVENTH.SEAL_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 63-0324E

563-5 {299}   …And in Sabino Canyon, He said, "This is the third pull." And there's three great things that goes with it, and one unfolded today, or yesterday, the other one unfolded today, and there's one thing that I cannot interpret, because it's in an unknown language.

Notice from last week - Nowhere in the four gospels did Jesus say, “I will come with a Shout, a Voice, and a Trump.” Jesus never said that. But Jesus kept speaking about His second coming - “I will come again - I will come as thief in the night”, but Paul, a prophet who was caught up into the third heaven saw the mystery of the coming of the Lord (the Seventh Seal), and that it was revealed in three folds, and so he writes it in 1st Thessalonians 4, and 2nd Thessalonians 1 of the coming of the Lord and shows how that it will have three parts - a Shout, a Voice and a Trumpet, but Paul left it sealed up – he didn’t explain it.

But there was a promise that in the end time that all the mysteries should be made known by the Seventh Angel’s message – and so in December 4th 1965, Brother Branham takes 1st Thessalonians 4 and explains what the shout, voice and trump is, and then in that same message he refers to the voice and connects it with the account of Lazarus in Saint John 11.

Why are we able to see these things in this age?

REVELATION 3:17-18

17   Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

18   I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

What is eye salve? It is these divinely revealed mystery truths of this hour that is bringing us into the seeing realm so that the Intelligence can come down into the body so that the Bride can have the mind of Christ.

We know that it came from the feet and went all the way up to the head through Seven Church Ages. So then in this age, the secret of the Seventh Seal is only for the Bride, because the rapture is a revelation only for the Bride.

The first fold of the three-fold mystery of the coming of the Lord is the shout which is the message of the hour to gather the bride together.

THE.RAPTURE_ YUMA.AZ V-5 N-14 SATURDAY_ 65-1204

152     Now, it's the first thing, is the sounding. The first thing is a trumpet and a... or a voice... A shout; and then a voice; and then a trumpet.

Shout: a messenger getting the people ready. (Just like Eliezer got Rebekah ready)

The second is a voice of the resurrection: the same voice, that, a loud voice in Saint John 11:38-44, that called Lazarus from the grave.

Getting the Bride together; and then the resurrection of the dead, see; to be caught up with It. Now watch the three things takes place. The next is what? Was a trumpet. A voice... A shout; a voice; a trumpet.

So Brother Branham is telling us that in St John 11 there is a connection to this pattern of the shout, voice, and trump of 1st Thessalonians 4:16.

Notice also that this story of the resurrection of Lazarus is only told of in the book of John and not in any of the other gospels.

Matthew the Lion was silent - Mark the Ox was silent - Luke the Man was silent.

So Matthew, Mark, and Luke is from Paul’s age (from Ephesus) to Laodicea because Luther, Wesley, and Pentecost are stalk, tassel and shuck, and then the grain comes at the end of the age – because the eagle age is when the revelation comes.

So in the first three Gospels there was silence about this coming of the Lord. Matthew doesn’t speak about it. Mark doesn’t speak about it. Luke doesn’t speak about it – it is only revealed in John - the Eagle age.

So John 11 reveals the shout, voice, and trump, the unfolding of the three-fold mystery of the seventh seal that was sealed up in Revelation 10, and in 1st Thessalonians 4, and in Genesis 18 to 21, because remember, whatever is in Revelation (harvest - maturity) is also found in Genesis in seed form – so if Revelation 10 is the coming of the Lord, then it must also be in Genesis – and we find that in Genesis 18 when the Lord himself appears to Abraham in human flesh.

Remember - the Son of Man comes three times

He came to Abraham at the beginning of the Bible in Genesis.

He came to Abraham natural seed in the middle of the Bible in the form of Jesus Christ.

Then he comes to Abraham’s royal seed at the end of the Bible by the opening of the word in the revealing of himself in the entire bible to his elected bride.

**We also know that in these three cases the Son of Man ministry always ended with an earthquake and a resurrection - there is always an earthquake of a coastal city that goes under the ocean that follows the ministry of the Son of Man.

In Abraham’s day Sodom and Gomorrah sank in the Dead Sea. In Jesus day it was Capernaum, and in our day it will be Los Angeles California.

Notice in His first coming in Genesis 18 to 21 - Abraham and Sarah were changed in their bodies and came back young at the same time as the Gentile world was burnt with fire.

Then - In the middle of the Bible (at the end of the ministry of the Son of Man – Jesus Christ) the Old Testament saints were raised up from the grave.

And now at the end of the Bible, the dead in Christ for Seven Church Ages will rise first, and we who are alive and remain will be changed back young again, and Sodom is also to be destroyed in this hour.

**So as the Old Testament saints were raised up at the end of the Son of Man ministry in Jesus day, so shall the dead in Christ be raised up at the end of the ministry of the Son of Man in this end time age, and in the Son of Man ministry there always follows the pattern of the “Shout, Voice and Trump” – we know these things because a prophet of God told us.

Remember – God in the form of a man to Abraham opened the Sixth Seal to him when he showed him that Sodom (that Gentile City) was to be burned with fire. Then he opened the Seventh Seal to Abraham by calling him by his new name, then he showed him that they were going to come back young again in order to bring the promise son – and that is exactly what he is doing again in this day?

The Shout opened the Word to Abraham - the Voice was when He would come back around again and Sarah and Abraham were to turn back young, and the Trump was the promised son that would come on the scene – the seventh seal three fold revelation of the Shout, Voice, and Trump, that is Revelation 10 in seed form in Genesis.

So that was the Old Testament - then in the New Testament in Matthew 24 Jesus opens the Seven Seals (the Shout), then when He was smitten on the cross in Matthew 27 He cried with a loud Voice and the Old Testament saints came out of the graves (that was the Voice), then the Trump was when He took them up into Heaven in the translation.

Always a Shout, Voice, and Trump - the three fold mystery of that Seventh Seal.

JOHN 11:1-6

1     ¶ Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.

2   (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)

3   Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.

4   When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. (How could he have known that? Brother Branham said thathe saw a vision of the whole event, so he knew that Lazarus was going to die, but he also knew that He was going to raise him back from the dead, and so that is why He didn’t respond.)

5   Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.

6   When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.

JOHN 11:7-11

7   Then after that saith he to his disciples, Let us go into Judaea again.

8   His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again?

9   Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.

10   But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.

11   These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.

Notice - He is under the power and the anointing of the vision, and now He is on His way to fulfil that vision. He is coming to them for the purpose of a resurrection. He has a specific goal set before Him. He is going to gather the living saints and raise up Lazarus.

JOHN 11:12-16

12   Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well.

13   Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.

14   Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.

15   And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.

16   Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him. But this was not the time to die as Thomas thought; this was the time and the season for a resurrection to take place.

So we can see that same events and pattern of what was taking place then is also taking place again in this hour at this resurrection, because He is also appeared on the scene for the purpose of a resurrection in this hour?

JOHN 11:17

17     ¶ Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already.

Notice when he came? His coming was on the 4th day.

Day one - The day of the lion,

Day two - the day of the ox,

Day three - the day of the man,

Day four - the day of the eagle,

The time for the resurrection is at the end of the seventh age in the eagle age on the fourth day. The sleeping saints have lain in the ground for 4 days since the Lion age.

JOHN 11:18-19

18   Now Bethany was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off: (a little over 3 kilometres)

19   And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother.

To these Jews that came to comfort Martha and Mary, they knew that Martha and Mary had left their denominations to follow what looked to them like a false prophet with false teachings, and then now it had let them down because in their greatest time of trouble and need when they had sent a message for Jesus to come it looked like he had purposely not responded to their request for help.

So they said, “Let’s go up and show them some love, maybe they’ll realise their foolishness for following that false prophet and come back to our denomination”.

JOHN 11:20

20   Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him: but Mary sat still in the house.

What is Martha hearing? - In her darkest hour she heard a message announcing the coming of the Lord, she heard that Jesus was coming, he was coming in a time of great trouble, but what was He coming for? He was coming for a resurrection, and so look at the effect of the message on Martha in contrast to her sister Mary.

When Martha heard that Jesus was coming she went out to meet Him, but when Mary heard the same message she just sat in the house, the message never shook Mary but it put Martha into action to go out and meet the Lord.

And so Martha was put into action when she heard the message of the hour, and the message is the shout, the coming of the Lord - the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout.

JOHN 11:20

20   Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him: but Mary sat still in the house.

Notice also that Martha knew where to meet the Lord because there is only one provided place of worship, and that is in the word for the age. And notice again, she came right into the presence of the Lord who had come. She was in the presence. He wasn’t coming anymore to her. She knew He had come. She heard He was coming, and she knew the place to meet Him, and then she knew he had come.

I THESSALONIANS 4:16-17

16   For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17   Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Notice in our story - Jesus had come but the resurrection of the sleeping Bride had not taken place yet.

Jesus didn’t come to the Methodists, He didn’t come to the Sadducees, He didn’t come to the Pharisees, He came to the living family members.

Martha is like a sister church that is catching the revelation of the coming of Jesus before her other sister church that is following the word for the hour.

JOHN 11:21-26

21   Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.

22   But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.

23   Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.

24   Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

25   Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

26   And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

She was thinking of the resurrection as an event, but He was saying that the resurrection is a person not just an event – he himself was the resurrection and life.

So first he begins by revealing and unfolding his plan and purpose to the Church like he was doing with Martha, but they are not understanding as Martha was not understanding, she was not understanding that this is the time for the resurrection now, she was misinterpreting it as to some future time and event.

So while Jesus was in the realm of revelation and vision, Martha was still living in the humanistic realm – but he had to get her out of that realm of thinking and into the vision for the event that was taking place then.

JOHN 11:27-29

27   She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

28   And when she had so said, she went her way, and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Master is come, and calleth for thee.

29   As soon as she heard that, she arose quickly, and came unto him.

***Martha now has a revelation of the coming of the Lord - the Seventh Seal. She heard that Jesus was coming, and then she saw that He had come because she met Him in the only provided place, then He had begun to unfold the program of God to her for that hour in order to bring her into the vision of the current event.

Mary had heard Jesus was coming but that didn’t move her at that time. But now Martha is awake to this mystery of the seventh seal (the coming of the Lord), Martha didn’t say “Jesus is coming” anymore, she said “The Master is come.” “The Master is here now and He calls for you.” She is confessing her Seventh Seal revelation that the Master is here.

And because of the power of this revelation she began to pull her sister (the other sister church) into the same revelation. And then Mary herself also went into the presence of the Lord himself, because the Son of Man is being gathered together with the living Bride now.

JOHN 11:30

30   Now Jesus was not yet come into the town, but was in that place where Martha met him.

You have to meet Him in a certain place.

The same place where Martha met Him is the same place that Mary had to meet Him.

Martha had ministered to Mary an entrance into that place so that her sister could come into that same place. What is in that place? It is where the Word is, it is the Word Himself who has come to bring a resurrection to the sleeping saints.

So first He must gather together the living saints (the living family) by the revelation of his coming, by the shout of the message unto the place where he has placed his name (and that is in the revelation of the word of this hour), then He is going to raise up the sleeping family members to be united with the living family members. And then we will all go to the supper in the sky.

***So after the shout gathers the living saints together, then comes the “Voice” to raise the sleeping saints and to gather them with the living saints.

JOHN 11:43-44

43   And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.

44   And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

Notice - Lazarus left that dimension then picked up his earthly body and stepped back into this dimension and came into union with the living Bride - the living saints hadn’t seen the sleeping saints for four days, for seven church ages.

Then we are all gathered together with Christ at the supper

JOHN 12:1-2

1     ¶ Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.

2   There they made him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him.

The first was that Martha was united with Jesus. Then Mary was united with Jesus. Then Martha and Mary were united together with Jesus, then they were all united with Lazarus.

***Brother Branham said that you unite first with the Word. Then you unite with others who are united with the Word. Then we are united with the resurrected saints. Then we are united together with Jesus for all eternity.

What has He come for? He has come to be united with the living saints, and to raise up the sleeping saints so we can all be united together go to the wedding supper in the sky.

A greater than Solomon is here now - There is a Man here that could turn on the Light now -

The mighty God unveiled before us now

Not “the Master is coming”, but “The Master is Come and Calleth for Thee”.
