Perfect Faith by a Perfect Sacrifice
GENESIS 22:6-13
6 And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son (this action was a prophecy of when the son of God would carry the cross up Golgotha’s hill); and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.
7 And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
9 And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.
10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.
11 ¶ And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.
12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.
13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.
HEBREWS 10:22
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
Perfect Faith by a Perfect Sacrifice
You cannot have perfect faith without being sure that you have a perfect sacrifice – and this is the hour that we all need to come into a greater faith.
***So we want to look into this subject in the light of the message of the hour, because it is only the message of this hour that can truly take us into a perfect faith by showing us the true magnitude and reality of the perfect sacrifice that God has provided on our behalf.
I JOHN 2:1-2
1 ¶ My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
2 And he is the propitiation (the means of appeasing) for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. (The ones who come up at the second resurrection that receive eternal life because they were good to the bride, their sins were also paid for by Christ at Calvary)
ROMANS 5:8
8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
** You cannot have perfect faith if you do not have a full confidence that your sacrifice is a perfect sacrifice, but if you can fully see the greatness and the perfection of what Christ did for you on your behalf and on behalf of the sins of the entire world, then you will also have a perfect faith in your standing with God, and then you can live above the condemnation of sin.
EPHESIANS 3:11-12
11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
So boldness and access with confidence can only come by having a complete confidence and faith in Him who took your place - by you fully knowing that he was that perfect sacrifice offered for you on your behalf.
***And so the message of the hour has come to take that understanding and revelation to a higher level in this age than that of any other age.
In our opening scripture…of Abraham and Isaac going up the mountain to sacrifice…
***We know that this ram that was caught in the thicket was a created lamb that had not come by sexual conception, but it had come directly from the spoken word of creation from God just as Jesus the Lamb of God came directly by a spoken word creation into the womb of Mary.
**And so just like the first Adam who came directly by creation and sacrificed his life for the first Eve, and died for her in order to redeem her back (and we see the exact same pattern of what Christ the second Adam did for the second Eve), so this ram was what God provided himself for Isaac to save his life, and it was this perfect sacrifice that took Isaac’s place, because man could never provide the perfect sacrifice for himself – it took God alone to provide himself a perfect offering for man.
JEHOVAH.JIREH_ SIOUX.FALLS.SD FRIDAY_ 56-0224
E-63 I want to ask you something. Where did that ram come from? Now, he was a hundred miles from civilization. He was up on top of a mountain where there's no food, nor neither water. Where did that ram come from? You know who it was? It was Christ, the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. God created the ram, 'cause there was the need for one. It wasn't a vision. No, he never saw a vision. He laid the ram up, and cut it, and blood run out of its throat, and it was a sacrifice. It wasn't a vision. It was actually a ram. It was a ram that died there.
What happened? God seen need for a ram, and He spoke the ram into existence in one minute. And five minutes later, it went out of existence. Why? Abraham said, "We'll call the name of the place Jehovah-jireh, the Lord will provide Himself a sacrifice."
That was Isaac’s question – “where is the lamb for a burnt offering”?
The answer was “God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering”, if they had taken a lamb themselves out of their own flock, then it would have broken the type because it would not have been the perfect offering to show that a perfect sacrifice would come that God would provide himself for us and that perfect sacrifice was He himself become a man, a kinsman redeemer – because we are saved by the blood of God.
ACTS 20:28
28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
**When God provides a sacrifice for us on our behalf, then that is the perfect offering, and all other offerings of man cease from that point on.
Your good works cease, your feeding the poor cease, all those things are good and we should do those things, but they won’t do a thing for the eradication of sin, only the blood of Jesus Christ can take away sin.
I CORINTHIANS 13:10
10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
**All through the Old Testament, all the animals that man had offered to God for a sacrifice for their sins had come into the world by sexual conception, but with Abraham and his group, God was showing that he would one day send a perfect lamb – all the other lambs were only foreshadows of that perfect lamb that was to come, and that perfect lamb was Christ, and that is why Christ did not come into the world by sexual conception either.
**And that is also why as soon as Christ died as our everlasting sacrifice for sin, then the slaying of all animals sacrifices and all the rituals and works of man immediate ceased, because the perfect sacrifice had come.
JOB_ PHOENIX.AZ WEDNESDAY_ 55-0223
E-21 ..In the Mosaic laws in the ceremonies in the sacrifices, and so forth, was also a foreshadow of the coming of the perfect Sacrifice, the perfect plan of God's redemption.
HEBREWS 10:6-22
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
7 ¶ Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; (they were not perfect sacrifices, they were only pointing in type to a sacrifice that was to come that would be perfect)
9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
19 ¶ Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
21 And having an high priest over the house of God;
22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
ISAIAH 1:18
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. (So God had to make a way to keep the word of His own promise – and the only answer was to send a perfect offering to be sacrificed on man’s behalf)

THE.PERFECTION_ JEFF.IN ER 35-54 FRIDAY_ 57-0419
43 Then my salvation, yours tonight does not hinge upon the merits of our own acts. It hinged upon the positive sovereign grace of Almighty God Who has chosen us in Him. Certainly. I could never be perfect, nor you could never be perfect. And we don't claim to be perfect. But we have this one consolation, that our faith rests in a perfect Sacrifice that's already been received.
PERSEVERANCE_ S.PINES.NC FRIDAY_ 62-0608
E-16 The only thing you have to do is accept what He done for you. That's all. And you're under the Blood, every one of you, or God would destroy the whole thing. You're still under the Blood as long as there's a Bloody Sacrifice laying there for our sins. And then one day when you leave this world without accepting that sacrifice, then you stand for your own sins. And you're condemned already (You see?), so you can't stand.
HEBREWS.CHAPTER.SEVEN.1_ JEFF.IN HEB SUNDAY_ 57-0915E
211 And it's Christ that God looks at, not you. It's Christ. So if there's no fault in Him, how can there be fault? How can He find fault, when you are dead and your life is hid in Christ through God, sealed by the Holy Ghost? "They that are born of God does not commit sin, for he cannot sin." How can he sin when a perfect sacrifice is laying in his place? God never looks at me, He looks at Christ, because we're in Christ.
TOKEN_ JEFF.IN V-2 N-19 SUNDAY_ 63-0901M
82 And, now, how could there be a more perfect Sacrifice than God Himself becoming the Atonement, Himself? When God was made flesh, in His Own creative Blood, that it... only way that a Life of God could ever come back.
The life that was in the blood has to come back to us to give us eternal life because it was his own life that he gave so he could give us back life.
THE.FIRST.SEAL_ JEFF.IN MONDAY_ 63-0318
129-1 {79} …if the Church has been judged, and they have judged themselves, and have accepted the Blood, how can God judge a man that's perfectly, totally sinless? You say, "There's no such a person." Every borned again believer, true believer, is perfectly, absolutely sinless before God. He's not trusting in his works. In the Blood of Jesus that his confession's dropped into...
The Bible says so. See? "He that--that is borned of God does not commit sin, for he cannot sin." How can you make a man a sinner when the bleach of the Blood of Jesus Christ is between him and God, that would scatter sin till there'd be nothing left of it. See? How can that pure Blood of Christ ever let a sin pass there? He cannot.
Jesus said, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect." And how could we even start the thought of being perfect, but Jesus required it. And if Jesus required it, He's got to make a way for it; and He has: His own Blood.
THE.INVISIBLE.UNION.OF.THE.BRIDE.OF.CHRIST_ SHP.LA V-2 N-15 THURSDAY_ 65-1125
255 You was deceived in the beginning, by your first marriage. Now you know what's true. Just like I said, the little eagle when he heard the Bridegroom's Voice, he went to It, the anointed, vindicated Word of God for the last day.
256 Noah was the vindicated Word for his day. Do you believe that? [Congregation says, "Amen."--Ed.] Well, his message won't work today.
257 Moses was the vindicated Word of his day. Do you believe that? [Congregation says, "Amen."--Ed.] It won't work for now. Jesus was...
258 John was the vindicated Word. You believe that? [Congregation says, "Amen."--Ed.] It wouldn't work in the days of Jesus. Certainly not. No, sir. "Law and prophets were until John; since then, the Kingdom of Heaven."
259 The apostles, them who set forth the Bible. Here come Luther out, in reformation, his words, that, his church, won't work today. Wesley's won't. Pentecostal's won't. It worked in their day. (Why wouldn’t the word of God for a previous age “work” for the next age? It is because that it is only the word that is coming to pass for your day is the light for your day, Luther’s word was the light for his day, Pentecostal word was the light for that day – the word for your day is the channel that God is working through to send his spirit of life through for that time to his elected people)
260 But it's another day. This is the opening of the Seven Seals. I know It sounds strange to you, but God has vindicate it so perfectly. There's no--no question in It. Just perfectly! I ain't scattering that to the local assembly here. I'm speaking to the people out across the nation. See? Do what you wish to.
261 Now notice the anointed Word of his day, of which you are a part, by predestination. You immediately, like, knew. When you heard That, you knew right quick that you was an eagle. You also realized that you wasn't a denominational chicken, to begin with. You knowed there is something wrong there. There is something wrong, that's right, for you know that you were trapped into it, at the beginning.
262 He, the Bridegroom, took away your shame, "And put it in the Sea of Forgetfulness, by the washing of the Water of the Word and the Blood of Life." That's what the Bible said. Your first husband that you were married to, the world; the anointed Bridegroom, which foreordained you, has washed you by the washing of the Water. By "the church"? [Congregation says, "No."--Ed.] That don't sound right. Does it? ["No."] You might find that in the almanac, but not in God's Bible. "By the washing of the Water by the Word." In the Word! See? By the...
263 You are standing completely justified, as though you never did it at the beginning. This is my Message to the Church now. As you... as we go off the air, just in a minute. You are standing, if you're standing on God's Word and with God's Word, every amen, every jot, every tittle. Where you standing? I'm trying to tell you, pull away from them shucks. And get out here in the wheat, where you can get ripe before the Son. I hear the coming of the combine. You're standing complete, justified, like you never did it in the first place. Hallelujah! (Remember – that if you walk in the light for your age, the truth for your age, then the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses you from all sin - I JOHN 1:7, so we know for sure that the blood of Christ is connected to the word and light for the age that you live in)
264 Talk about a thanksgiving! I feel real good. I'm more thankful for that than anything I know of.
265 You are the pure, virtuous, sinless Bride of the Son of the living God. Every man and woman that's born of the Spirit of God, and washed in the Blood of Jesus Christ, and believes every Word of God, stands as though you never sinned at the first place. You are perfect. The Blood of Jesus Christ! How can you... If a man...
266 If I was supposed to die in the morning, a man took my place, I cannot die for that sin. Somebody took my place.
267 And Jesus, the Word, took my place. He become me, that a sinner, that I might become Him, the Word. Amen. Let me hold true to It, not the church. The Word! Amen.
268 Oh, that spiritual union of Christ and His Church now, when the flesh is becoming Word, and the Word is becoming flesh, manifested, vindicated. Just what the Bible said would happen in this day, it's happening, day by day. Why, it's cumulating so fast out there, in those deserts, and things taking place, that I couldn't even keep up with it. We're near the Coming of Jesus, to be united with His Church, where the Word becomes the Word. Call of the Holy Spirit, searching the hearts!
269 You're standing, completely. You never sinned at the first place. God don't even know. It's in the Sea of Forgetfulness. You never did it. You were accused of it, by the accuser. But really, from the beginning, you were predestinated to be a son and daughter of God. You're standing there, washed. And your old book of divorcement is put away, and it's dead, absolutely out of existence, even in the mind of God.
270 You're the virtuous Bride of Christ, washed in the Blood of Christ. Precious, virtuous, sinless Son of God standing with a pure, unadulterated Bride-Word that He washed by the Water of His Own Blood; that become flesh and manifested, that He might take you which were predestinated in the bosom of the Father, before the beginning, the same as He was. He was that great attribute of God, called "love."
***We can see that the message of the hour takes justification to a higher level of understanding than that of any other past denominational age and concept because it shows us that the accumulation of all of our lives sins are already right now placed in the sea of God’s complete forgetfulness never to be remembered again to the point that we had never even done it in the first place – that is true justification. **That is how perfect the sacrifice was that God sent into the world.
PSALM 103:10-12
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
***By this perfect sacrifice that God has provided for us who have accepted him by being identified with him by being identified with the word for our day - when we by revelation receive the truth of the word for this hour, then the spirit that is upon that word is the very same spirit that was released by the blood of God at Calvary, and so that is the spirit (the spirit of truth) that is come back upon us now as believers of this hour, and it is being released on us as an identification that the blood has been applied by our faith in the word.
**Remember - the token is when I see the blood I will pass over you, not the chemistry of literal blood sprinkled on us visibly, but the life of the spirit by the revelation of the word of truth that you have received – when I come back to earth said Jesus, will I find the faith of the word dwelling in people upon the earth; Luke 18:8.
TOKEN_ JEFF.IN V-2 N-19 SUNDAY_ 63-0901M
111 But in this case, the Judge Himself becomes our Attorney. God became man. There was no attorney could do it. We couldn't find one. Moses, and the Law, the prophets, nothing could do it. So the Judge become both Jury, Attorney, and Judge, Himself; and took the justice of His Law in His Own hands, and paid the price of it, Himself. How much more secure could we be?
***Justification in this hour is not that you have just been forgiven of your sins; but it is way beyond that, because in God’s eyes right now under the light of this message, you never even sinned in the first place, you have been completely justified from ever having done it to begin with.
THE.INVISIBLE.UNION.OF.THE.BRIDE.OF.CHRIST_ SHP.LA V-2 N-15 THURSDAY_ 65-1125
225 Look up the word. The word don't mean forgiven. The word means justified. It don't mean you're forgiven.
226 For instance, you heard I got drunk and--and done some evil things, and everything. Then you come around, say to me. You found out I didn't do them, then you come around, say, "Brother Branham, I forgive you." Forgive me? I didn't do it, at the first place. See?
227 Now, if I did do it, I'm guilty. But you could forgive me, and I wouldn't be guilty. But yet I'm not justified, because I actually done it.
228 But the word, justified, is though you never done it. Amen. It's not even regarded, at all. How is it done? In God's Book of the Sea of Forgetfulness, your old book and marriage is divorced and dead. It's not even in the memories of God. Amen. You are justified. "Therefore being justified." It was accused. You was accused. You never done it, in the first place. The old union is in the Sea of God's Forgetfulness. You wasn't married to it, to begin with. He, the Bridegroom, bore your shame, Himself, for you, in your place. He took your place, for you were predestinated for Him, to be in His Bride, before the foundation of the world. The Bible said so. You are the predestinated Seed.
***Perfect Faith comes by a Perfect Sacrifice and a perfect knowledge of that perfect sacrifice, and that perfect knowledge has been made available to us in this hour.
