Talking Animals Pt.2
PSALM 19:1-3
1 ¶ To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
The first bible that God wrote was in the stars, and stars have a speech of which their voice is heard over the entire earth – uttering speech is known as talking - talking stars.
REVELATION 6:3
3 ¶ And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. (The second beast was the Ox, an animal of sacrifice, and the bible tells us that it had a voice that could speak words – it could talk, it was a talking animal. The serpent in Eden was a talking animal. Balaam’s donkey was a talking animal)
REVELATION 4:3
3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
Precious stones and precious metals have a voice also, they speak certain things about God.
Gold speaks of God’s deity – it talks in a certain language that only it can talk in.
Water speaks of God
Rocks speak of God
Trees speak of God
Flowers speak of God
The stars speak of God
All of creation speaks of its creator
The animals speak of God, they talk, and they talk in the language of their nature and by the way God designed their physical characteristics – they reveal something about God to us through that language.
The lion talks, the lamb talks, the Ox talks, the man talks, the eagle talks, the dove talks, they all speak their portion of a revelation about the great creator who created them.
MATTHEW 23:37 (Look at how Jesus uses this language of the animal kingdom to reveal the nature of what was in his heart)
37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
If God had never created the little red hen, how would we ever know about the way that God wants to gather us? We would never have been able to sing the song – “Under His wings my soul shall abide”.
Talking Animals Pt.2
**From last week we spoke about how that the design of each animal came from out of the eternal thoughts of God’s great mind, and so each individual specie of animal had a purpose to reflect something of the thoughts of God.
*It would take literally millions of different spiritually natured and bodily characteristics of each different specie along with all the variations of those species to show forth the vast array of the thoughts of God of what was in His great mind that He wanted to express into flesh.
**God has made each animal with a unique voice to be able to speak something out of its nature and physical characteristics that is different from any other animal – and this is how animals talk; not by the articulation of sounds and words from their tongues and mouths, but they talk to us by the nature that God has placed within them - they all have the ability to speak a part of the mind and thoughts of God by their nature and design, just as the written bible speaks the mind of God also.

E-4 ... I have two Bibles. One of them is nature. I watch that closely, for God lives in His Bible of nature.
**When God gave certain dreams to Daniel, he used animals to covey certain truths by their nature to speak a portion of a mystery of prophecy.
The lion, bear, and leopard, and terrible beast all by their nature and characteristics spoke about things to come.
Look at Nebuchadnezzar’s dreams – the first dream was about an image of a man that was made up of different metals (Gold, Silver, Brass, and Iron), Each metal represented a different period of people who would dominate the earth.
**Then there was the dream of the tree that was cut down with all the animals that had benefited from that tree, and the tree was the king, and the animals and birds were the people that were blessed under his reign – all these things speak of the different natures of people of what the written bible is the same – because the written bible also reveals the many different natures and types of people like how that Herod was like the nature of the fox, and God’s prophets were like flying eagles and so forth.
DANIEL 4:10-12
10 Thus were the visions of mine head in my bed; I saw, and behold a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great. (we know that this was king Nebuchadnezzar himself)
11 The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth:
12 The leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it (These beasts represent the people of the world), and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof (these also represent people – just like the lion, Ox, man, and flying eagle represent the people of seven church ages that have the anointing of the nature of an animal released on them in order for them to stand against the challenge for their age), and all flesh was fed of it. (What King Solomon was to Israel, King Nebuchadnezzar was to the gentiles – Both were prefigures of Christ in the millennium)

E-3 It's been one of the most amazing things that I have noticed a long the lines of my ministry for our Lord Jesus, is the peculiarity of people. And the study of human life is one of the greatest things that--that a person can study: to watch nature of people.
And so the bible is full of places that show us how that the nature of certain animals in the animal kingdom speak of the different natures of man.
Jesus called Herod the “old fox”. John the Baptist called the Pharisees and Sadducees of his day “vipers”, snakes.
**So we can be sure that as God was creating His great creation, that all of this was in His great mind of which He had a purpose in that He wanted to express all of these things, and it was for the purpose of the expression of the thoughts of His attributes by the way of His creation of the many different facets of the characteristics of Himself.
*Because a man’s work reflects the man’s character.
His work of what he creates talks to us of the character of the one who is behind the creation.
If you see a beautifully well-built and finished house – then you want to know who the builder was that did that high level of workmanship, because the workmanship reflects so much about the character and skill of the one who built the house. And it’s when you look at the detail of the workmanship, because it is in the detail that reveals the most.
And the more you look at the details of God’s creation, the more you will see the nature and character of God.
*So when God was creating the animal kingdom, He was writing His bible from Genesis to Revelation in the language of the different natures and characteristics of the animal kingdom.
*And nature is full of different natures, and the bible is also full of different characters of people that God was showing that would prefigure Christ, and so what God did in nature when He created the animal kingdom, He also did in the written bible as He unfolded the written word also.
**In creating the animal kingdom in Genesis, God began to slowly let out the mystery of Adam of what he was by the gradual unveiling of His creation, because Adam was all of the shadows of all the previous life of what God had created wrapped up in one being – Adam was God’s final masterpiece of what he was showing in shadow and type all the way along from the polliwog to the Lion, Ox, and flying Eagle.
*Adam was the tree planted by the water. Adam was the rainbow trout fish. Adam was King of the beasts like the lion, Adam was the lamb, Adam was the Ox, Adam was the flying eagle of the bird life. Adam was everything of all those natures gathered up, because in all of the previous natures, God was slowly letting out the mystery of this one man – Adam.
And so the animal kingdom was speaking out the mystery of the bible like the prophets of the bible were also speaking out that same mystery by their ministries – and so they were both talking of a great one that was to come, a great masterpiece of what God had had in His mind all along.
**So the animals spoke of Adam in shadows and types, just like when the second Adam Jesus came - Joseph was a shadow, Abraham was a shadow, Moses was a shadow, all the prophets were shadows and types that talked of the great character of Jesus Christ.
*These are some of the deeper things that the message teaches us…
PSALM 60:3
3 Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment.

NUMBERS 22:21-33
21 And Balaam rose up in the morning, and saddled his ass, and went with the princes of Moab.
22 ¶ And God's anger was kindled because he went (Balaam was a true prophet of the Lord that should have known better, but he had fallen into the temptation of riches and wealth – the spirit of a Laodicean condition had come upon him, and so this was the motivation that was causing him to do things that were contrary to the will of God, because when you are rich in this world, you have financial power to pay someone else to do your work for you so that you can be more relaxed and live your life with more ease. Because with financial power you in effect have the power speak and then the job gets done. But power without the right character can be devastating for a person, because with a wrong motive one can so easily be led to ruination, and this was what ended up happening with Balaam in that in the end he lost everything, even his own life): and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him. Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two servants were with him.
23 And the ass saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and the ass turned aside out of the way, and went into the field: and Balaam smote the ass, to turn her into the way.
24 But the angel of the LORD stood in a path of the vineyards, a wall being on this side, and a wall on that side.
25 And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she thrust herself unto the wall, and crushed Balaam's foot against the wall: and he smote her again.
26 And the angel of the LORD went further, and stood in a narrow place, where was no way to turn either to the right hand or to the left. (The prophet was so blinded to what even an animal could see)
27 And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she fell down under Balaam: and Balaam's anger was kindled, and he smote the ass with a staff.
28 And the LORD opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam, What have I done unto thee, that thou hast smitten me these three times? (Notice here – a talking animal. In Eden, Satan used a talking animal to deceive Eve, but now God is using a talking animal to speak to a genuine God gifted prophet.
*Under normal circumstances, God would have spoken directly to His prophet, but God is showing us something in these scriptures because He is using a talking animal to speak a message to his prophet of what He had already spoken to His prophet through the nature of the animal.
*And so God didn’t need to talk to him directly because Balaam should have already heard the donkey talking to him by the voice of the donkeys nature. *When the first four seals were opened, it was the mystery of the animals talking to us out of their natures. And so we see here that God designed the nature of the donkey to protect his prophet just like he sent the natures of the Lion, Ox, Man, and Eagle, to protect His elect of seven church ages.
But Balaam’s wrong motive blocked the message of this talking animal from being heard by the prophet – and so there is a great lesson in this for us.
*Look at how powerful this way of communication is, because when Eve listened to and believed the false message by the fallen nature of a talking serpent in Eden - it caused the death of every human being born of a woman for the next 6000 years.
*And so we notice that in this story, that God is letting an animal speak to His prophet in a literal voice of which Balaam should have already heard his donkey talk to him from her nature – and that would have saved him)
29 And Balaam said unto the ass, Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee. (His two servants had been looking on, and Balaam’s pride had been hurt because of the actions of the ass)
30 And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? And he said, Nay. (Look at what the ass was talking about with his master – “haven’t I always shown forth a faithful character, isn’t my nature that of faithfulness – you should have leant something by now about my character to know that what I was doing was in the service of your best interest, and for the purpose of protecting you”. God had opened up the mouth of the donkey so that it could talk to him in an audible voice of what it had already been talking to him for many years by the voice of its nature – but Balaam was deaf to both levels of talking.)
31 Then the LORD opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and he bowed down his head, and fell flat on his face.
32 And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Wherefore hast thou smitten thine ass these three times? behold, I went out to withstand thee, because thy way is perverse before me:
33 And the ass saw me, and turned from me these three times: unless she had turned from me, surely now also I had slain thee, and saved her alive.
**Notice carefully here – this is very powerful bible teaching.
God used the faithful nature of a prophet’s donkey to save a backslidden prophet’s life of which the angel would have killed him if it had not been for this faithful animal nature.
And God used the nature of the Lamb (the lamb of God) to save our lives also – all of these golden nuggets are pointing us to Christ.
203-1 PERGAMEAN.CHURCH.AGE - CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.5
So Balaam went wildly down the road until an angel from God stood in his way. But that prophet (bishop, cardinal, chairman, president and general overseer) was so blinded to Spiritual things by the thought of honor and glory and money that he could not see the angel standing with drawn sword. There he stood to block the mad prophet. The little donkey saw him and dodged back and forth until he finally crushed Balaam's foot against a stone wall. The ass stopped and would not go on. He could not. So Balaam jumped off and began beating him. The donkey then began to talk to Balaam. God let that donkey speak in a tongue. That donkey was no hybrid; he was original seed. He said to the blinded prophet, "Am I not your donkey, and haven't I carried you faithfully?" Balaam replied, "Yes, yes, you are my donkey and you have carried me faithfully until now; and if I can't get you going, I'm going to kill you... whoa! what's this, talking to a donkey? That's funny, I thought I heard the donkey talking and I was answering it back."
God has always spoken in a tongue. He spoke at Belshazzar's feast and then at Pentecost. He is doing it again today. It's a warning of soon coming judgment. (The talking donkey was a warning of oncoming judgement)
Then the angel was made visible to Balaam. He told Balaam that except for the donkey he would be dead even now for tempting God.
*** God used the nature of the donkey save the prophets life.

217 …But this little donkey turned around and said, "Haven't I been your donkey? Have ever I..." And that--that blinded bishop setting upon there, still beating that mule; and the mule got talking to him in unknown tongues to the mule.
And he said, "Yes, you're--you're my donkey."
"And have--have I--have I ever not carried you, or have I ever failed you?"
"No, you haven't. But if I had a sword, I'd kill you. I'd stop this meeting. I'm on my road down there to stop that bunch of holy-rollers from coming through this land. I'd--I'd put it on you." See?
**The donkey was talking to the prophet the same way that humans talk, but Balaam wanted to kill the talking donkey, he wanted to silence the donkey’s talk of the message of the reflection of the nature of God.
REVELATION 4:7-9 The book of Revelation is a book of symbols - God reveals truth by the language of nature, by animals that talk, by stars that talk, by stones that talk, by precious metals that talk, by trees that talk. God is able to make the trees talk, the birds talk, the stars talk, the animals talk, in fact everything that he created has a voice that can talk things that reveal things about God.
7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
8 ¶ And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, (These beasts (animals) are saying something, they are talking – they are talking animals) Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
KINGS 4:32-33
32 And he (king Solomon) spake three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five.
33 And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spake also of beasts, and of fowl, and of creeping things, and of fishes.
He knew that they all spoke things; that they all talked, and he talked of their talk.
Talking animals – it’s in the bible… It’s God language of how He speaks to us of the mystery of Himself through the different natures of the animals.
