The Great Redeemer Pt.4 - Jeremiah 32

JEREMIAH 32:6-15

6   And Jeremiah said, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

7   Behold, Hanameel the son of Shallum thine uncle shall come unto thee, saying, Buy thee my field that is in Anathoth: for the right of redemption is thine to buy it. (Jeremiah was a close relative to Hanameel, and so being a near kinsman qualified him to pay the purchase price for this family land that was owned by Hanameel – land could be temporarily forfeited and lost by the family, but a near relative (a kinsman) that was willing to pay the price of redemption could redeem it back on behalf of the family – so all these different laws were designed by God to show us a mystery of the great kinsman redeemer – Christ. That is why God (the eternal spirit) had to put on flesh and become a man (a human being), in order to become one of us so that He could qualify as a kinsman to humanity. He could never have qualified as a close relative to us if He had not been born into the human race through the womb of the virgin Mary)

8   So Hanameel mine uncle's son came to me in the court of the prison according to the word of the LORD, and said unto me, Buy my field, I pray thee, that is in Anathoth, which is in the country of Benjamin: for the right of inheritance is thine, and the redemption is thine; buy it for thyself. Then I knew that this was the word of the LORD.

9   And I bought the field of Hanameel my uncle's son, that was in Anathoth, and weighed him the money, even seventeen shekels of silver.

10   And I subscribed the evidence, and sealed it, and took witnesses, and weighed him the money in the balances.

The scene of this event here is taking place just before the 70 years of Israel’s captivity in Babylonian.

Jerimiah had been placed in prison by his own people because of his continual prophesy of Israel’s judgement, and so this was the scene of when this transaction of the price for this land was being paid. But even though the full price was paid and the legal documents had been witnessed for the purchase of the land, it would not be able to be claimed and possessed until after the seventy years of captivity in Babylon was over, of which we know is a type of the seven church ages of 2000 gentile years of Babylonian (Roman Catholic and denominational) captivity.

The Great Redeemer Pt.4 - Jeremiah 32

11   So I took the evidence of the purchase, both that which was sealed according to the law and custom, and that which was open: (Remember – Adam was revealed, but Eve remained sealed until a later time)

12   And I gave the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, the son of Maaseiah, in the sight of Hanameel mine uncle's son, and in the presence of the witnesses that subscribed the book of the purchase, before all the Jews that sat in the court of the prison. (Notice – in the presences of the witnesses, these witnesses usually included elders of the people – this is the same scene of what we saw with Boaz in the book of Ruth in Chapter 4 of the redemption of Elimelech’s lost estate, and also what we saw with Christ of His purchasing of the right to take the book of redemption on behalf of the entire human race in Revelation CH:5)

13   And I charged Baruch before them, saying,

14   Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Take these evidences, this evidence of the purchase, both which is sealed, and this evidence which is open; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may continue many days.

15   For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land. (What Adam lost will be restored)

Brother Branham refers to the portion of scripture in both “The Breach” message and also in the opening of “The First Seal”.

118-1 {8}   Did you get to study in Jeremiah, how he wrote that, many of you taken it down last night? How them Seals were wrote and placed away for keeping until he returned after seventy years of the captivity. He was to return back and claimed his possession. And I certainly like to study it. You can't... There's no way to express it all, because it's an eternal Word. It's an eternal Book.

*Notice how he is placing this portion of scripture in Jeremiah 32 right at the beginning of the opening of the 7 seals.

He specifically wanted us to look into this portion of scripture because he knew that he didn’t have time to express it all, but he knew that the bride would come to a fuller understand of this at a future time.

*Last week we spoke of these earthen vessels of 2nd Corinthians 4:7 - But we have this treasure in earthen vessels”.

*When we think of treasure, our first thoughts may be of gold and diamonds and things of great material value (like the contents of a pirates treasure chest), but we also know that there can be other types of treasure, such as the treasure of secret and valuable information of what could even far exceed the value of what natural treasure would be – and this information could be in the form of a secret that would maybe unlock great potential to great wealth for many people, like where to dig for oil or the place to find gold, or it could also be in the form of a legal document of a title deed to the inheritance of a billion dollar estate – all these types of very valuable information was to be placed in and kept in these earthen vessels.

**God is the potter, and we are the clay of which He is shaping our lives into vessels in order for us to be filled with the most valuable treasure of all - the revelation of God as the great redeemer.

LUKE 21:28

28   And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

**We know that the price of our redemption was paid for by Christ (our kinsman redeemer) at Calvary 2000 years ago, but there has since been 7 church ages of death and sorrow and Babylonian captivity, but then there comes a time at the end of the 7 church ages of when He will come to claim and restore back to us what He had paid for back then – and so we must realize that the time we are living in right now is the time of when His business is to claim back for the human race everything that Adam lost – and so this is what is in process of what is taking place right now. All these wars and things, it’s the earth about to give birth to a new world of peace for 1000 years.

**The first thing that He does is that the deed that was sealed up in the earthen vessel is to be opened up at the end of the 70 years (7 church ages). And this deed has to match with the other deed that remained opened – It’s the bride revealed at the end that matches the bridegroom of what we saw opened up in His earthly ministry on earth – it’s husband and wife both fully revealed at the end, the bride being the other half of the Chinese laundry ticket, and when those two parts match, then we can go back to Eden again. Adam and Eve in Eden – Boaz and Ruth in Elimelech’s restored inheritance. Christ and His bride in the millennium.

THE.BREACH.BETWEEN.THE.SEVEN.CHURCH.AGES.AND.THE.SEVEN.SEALS_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 63-0317E

103-6 {245}   … There's Someone paid the price that I couldn't pay; that's right; He did it for me, Charlie. He did it for you; He did it for the whole human race, and now He comes forth to claim His redemptive rights. Claim it for who? Not for Himself, for us. He's one of us; He's our kinfolks. Oh, my. He's my Brother; He's my Saviour; He's my God; He's my Kinsman Redeemer; He's all, for what was I without Him or what could I be without Him?

So, you see, He's my all, and He's standing there as our kinfolks. And now, He's been interceding for us up till this time, and now He comes forth and takes the Book of Redemption to claim His rights of what He did for us.

…He took it from the right hand of Him that set upon a throne; now, to claim His redemptive, to claim His rights, to claim for me and you what He redeemed us from, to (See?), back to everything that Adam lost in the garden of Eden; He has redeemed us back to that.

THE.FIRST.SEAL_ JEFF.IN MONDAY_ 63-0318

141-1 {160}   ... He now has come forth from His intercessory work to claim His own throne, His redeemed subjects.

So the first part of that redemption is to reveal the deed of that inheritance to the living decedents of whose names were written in the deed, it is this information that reveals to them of who they are and that they have been written in the deed and of what they are to inherit – in other words, He has to first reveal the contents of the deed to the people who are the direct beneficiaries of the deed, so that the people standing to directly benefit from the deed can first know who they are, and then after that He can then go on to enforce the restoration of their full inheritance – that is the order of the process. You can’t enforce a claim if you don’t first reveal the legal owner of the claim. And He will only reveal it to the ones on earth at this time of whom the deed is intended for.

THE.BREACH.BETWEEN.THE.SEVEN.CHURCH.AGES.AND.THE.SEVEN.SEALS_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 63-0317E

111-2 {299}   … But the first thing that represented that redemption, come the Lamb that had been slain from the foundation of the world. And He took the Book (Glory.) opened the Book, and tore off the Seals, and sent it down to the earth to His seventh angel to reveal it to His people.

Notice – that the revealing of this book is only revealed to “HIS” people – that is why this revelation is such a great treasure, because it is the evidence that you are a part of this inheritance, because God doesn’t make a mistake of whom He reveals these things too.

CHRIST.IS.THE.MYSTERY.OF.GOD.REVEALED_ JEFF.IN V-3 N-7 SUNDAY_ 63-0728

399     That's what God, Christ, is doing to the Church. See? He is letting Her know the secrets, just the secrets. Not these flirters; I mean His Wife. See? All right. Now look. No. By having the revelation of His secret made known to them, by His grace!

Earth is the school of where we are tested and tried, because we are being prepared for the continuation of Eternal Life in the great faith civilization that is soon to come – we have eternal life now, but our quality of life here on earth is not at the level of where we would want to live forever under these conditions of this sin filled and violent world of destruction and sorrow and death.

*But God knows that there are certain things that we can only learn here by His permissive will of what is required for us to know here first (of His redeeming grace) before we go on into the great things that He has in store for us in the great hereafter.

REVELATION 21:3-4

3   And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

4   And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

**So God as a creator – His creation was a great work. But in order to reveal the other part of Himself, He would have to have a situation of where He would have to leave all of His glory and power, and come down to wash the dirty feet of His disciples.

And so God brought Himself down to this low degree so we could see the kind of person that He is.

**God as a creator could have made man to just have appreciated Him as a Creator – and for all of eternity, He could have dazzled us and awed us with displays of His unlimited wisdom and creative genius, and we would forever acknowledge God as being a great creator.

And so man would be able to know by just looking at the creation of God, that God possesses great knowledge and great wisdom, and great power, and that He is a great designer.

*Look at this beautiful world, look at all the animal species and bird life and botany life – so God was all of those things, but that doesn’t tell us about if God can forgive? Or does He have mercy? Or does He have humility?

**There are many rich people today that live in nice houses. A person may have a nice house, and nice cars, and a nice bank account balance – they may be a very wealth person. But none of that truly reveals their personal character, for all you know they might actually be a wicked person, unfaithful, self-centered?

*You could admire a man’s property, a man’s possessions, a man’s clothing, even a man’s education, but what kind of a man is he? Is he loyal to his family? Is he humble? Is he forgiving and kind.

****So God as a great creator and a great being of wealth and means, in order to reveal the other part of Himself, He had to have a situation on earth of where man would fall, and then His nature would then cause Him to leave all of His glory, and leave all of His power, and leave all of His wealth, and to come down and become one of us, and become our kinsman redeemer, and to pay the greatest price of humility and suffering in order to reveal Himself to us as the great redeemer.

He had created every fruit tree – yet He chose to become hungry. He could have turned stones into bread like He had turned the water into wine, yet he chose to feel the suffering of man as a man.

*And when He was born, it wasn’t into a beautiful and sanitized pink hospital room, but into a smelly stable and a childhood of poverty!

ISAIAH 53:3

3   He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

**God planned all of this and brought Himself down to this low degree so we can see the kind of person that He is.

*When it was time for Him to die on the cross, they beat Him, they whipped Him, they spat on Him, they pulled out His beard, they humiliated Him by stripping Him naked. And then they revile Him by saying for Him to “Come down from the cross and save yourself” of which He could have so easily done – yet His great love for us caused Him not to do it.

**So Redemption is what God wanted to reveal Himself by.

And so He had to design a man that was able to fall so that He would have to come down to redeem Him back in order to show the type of person that He was - this is God’s story, this is what reveals the Great Redeemer to us.

***He knew us so well, but He wanted us to know Him so that we could have true fellowship with Him, and so that we would come into a close relationship with Him like a husband and a wife – a oneness with God and man.

*The creature knowing his creator as the creator knows His creation - the entire Bible is the expression of this one goal and purpose.

That is why the greatest thing that you could ever achieve in your life is to come into a true knowledge of the Lord and of His true character – this is the revelation that the bride is to have at this time.

*

The Prophet told us in the Future Home message, “Today, I will tell you the great secret that God had in the back part of His mind”, from when God was not even God, all the way to the Future Home.”

THE.BREACH.BETWEEN.THE.SEVEN.CHURCH.AGES.AND.THE.SEVEN.SEALS_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 63-0317E

90-6 {145}   And the whole thing here, the Seven Seals got the mysteries of God from the foundation of the world all sealed up in there, and revealed by Seven different Seals; that if God willing--let Him--let us pull back these Seals and look down through the Book and find out what it's all about. See? Oh, I hope we have a great time.

There the mystery of redemption is sealed until... This Book could not be broken until the last angel's message. The scroll's there, we knowed it was there. We know that it was redemption. We believed it was redemption.

*So God has shown a little part of His great redemption plan in Adam, and then He continued to show another little part of it in Joseph, and another part in Moses, and another part in Abraham, and another part in Boaz, and another part in David, and another part in Solomon – on and on.

*God was spreading out His great redemption mystery of His character across the entire bible and history of man down throughout the years of time. He first wrote it in the stars, then He wrote it in the pyramid, then He wrote it in the bible, and then He has also written it in the story of your life in this hour.

*God would purposely leave out a certain part of it in the book of Ruth with Boaz, but then put that missing part in Jeremiah, and then He would leave out a part in Adam, and then show it in the story of Abraham.

**Boaz is most certainly a type of Christ because Boaz was born in Bethlehem, Boaz was of the tribe of Judah. He was a man of wealth. And Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Jesus is the mighty Man of wealth who came down, but Boaz can’t reveal all of Christ just by Himself, Boaz is only showing a part of Him, because only part is revealed in Boaz.

Boaz went to the gate and he was making the transaction, so all the property that was lost would be redeemed, and he would also purchase Ruth this gentile girl at harvest time to be his bride. These were the laws of redemption for a man and for property.

Adam owned property, because God gave him the earth as an inheritance. Then when Adam fell, God had to make a way to redeem the man and his inheritance. And so, the whole story is redemption, and we are now living in the day of this redemption – when it is to be fully and literally restored.

Redemption means to bring you back to your origin.

So part was revealed in Ruth and Boaz, part is revealed in Joseph, part is revealed in Moses, part is revealed in Abraham, part is revealed in David, but all the fullness of all those parts are revealed at this time now by the opening of the seven seals, and this is why the seals revealed Christ – it revealed His true nature and purpose to the bride.

**All the way down through the bible, God was slowly letting out the mystery of Himself as the Great Redeemer.

*But then at the end of this last age, He brings it all together, and the whole Bible becomes clear to a selective group of people of whom will be able to see the entire plan of God, and of whom have received back this title deed of the ownership of what Adam lost by the way of the deed being read out to them, and by their names being shown to them as being mentioned in the title of the deed and of what is the position of their inheritance.

It’s been the great redeemer that we owe all this too, it has been Him doing this all along of showing Himself from Genesis to Revelation – this is the revelation that God wants to place in each of our hearts at this time.
