The Healing Light of His Word
JOHN 1:1-9
1 ¶ In the beginning was the Word (the Logos (the thoughts or concepts of God), in other words we could say – in the beginning was the entire thoughts and attributes of the fullness of God), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (God and His thoughts were one and the same)
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. (Notice how that light is connected to the life of men, life requires light, and light is also referred to as truth. Animals need natural sun light to live, but they don’t need truth to live, but men do. Because for humans, truth produces life – the water the He gave to the woman at the well was the truth of who He was, but lying words produce death. Jesus said that he was the way and the truth and the life, and so truth and life are joined together)
5 ¶ And the light shineth in darkness (Spiritual darkness is simply the absence of truth in a person’s life – like during the time of the dark ages, we called it the dark ages because it was the absence of truth that made it dark); and the darkness comprehended it not. (When the light of truth is revealed to you, then the darkness of the deception that you were held in loses its power on you, and that is why the bible says that “he that believeth the word has passed from death unto life” – because the word of God is the light of life)
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. (And as John the Baptist was sent to forerun the first coming of Christ and to introduce the light to the elect for that age - we have also witnessed a ministry of which God has sent to us in this hour that has introduced us to a great shining light of truth for this day of the full unveiling of the person of truth Himself – the mightily God unveiled)
8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. (Brother Branham was a portion of that light because he was many portions of scriptures manifested, but he wasn’t the light of the person of Christ himself, but he was the one that God used as a conduit for the light to be revealed in in this hour by the word of his voice – “in the days of the voice of the seventh angel”)
9 That was the true Light (of the knowledge of truth), which lighteth (enlightens) every man that cometh into the world.
PSALM 107:14/20
14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder.
20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
The Healing Light of His Word
*We want to continue with the theme of our subject of “The Healing of the Soul”, but we want to shift the direction a little of how we want to look at this subject.
*God is the only healer. And He is able to heal by many different ways and means – He can heal by miracles, he can heal by time, He can heal by someone else showing you love, he can heal by the use of surgery or medicine or by nature and rest – God uses many avenues to bring healing to people.
*Yet we know that not all healing is to do with the body, because sometimes you need God’s healing touch with broken relationships, or broken financial situations that need healing.
*There is also a healing that is associated with a barren land.
*The women at the well needed her entire life to be healed from all of her sin and emotional trauma from having 6 husbands.
And so there are healings that are required and associated with the human body, but just as important, there are also healings required for the human spirit and soul. And God is the healer of all these areas of life.
**But the greatest of all these healings, is the healing of the soul.

E-45 …If you get healed of your body, possible, if you live long enough, you'll get sick again. But if you're ever healed of your soul, you'll never be sick again.
**All the sickness that has ever been known to man since the fall in Eden (regardless of what that sickness is), has all stemmed from the first sickness of which was the sickness of the soul. Because the soul is the most inner core of the spirit of man – his character, of his ability to choose between right and wrong.
*In the beginning, the character of man was the nature of God Himself. But then sin came along, and man’s soul became corrupted by unbelief in the word of God.
*And so by the channel of unbelief in the word of God, darkness and death was able to enter into a man’s soul, and this darkness produced a fallen and corrupted character that became alienated against God, and so because of this, man and God could not fellowship in agreement anymore, and so God and man became separated.
*And so ever since this separation between God and man in Eden, mankind has been plagued with a character that has been in effect poisoned by sin, and when something has been poisoned, it becomes sick, and so man’s soul has been in need of healing ever since that time.
**All the wars, and all the death and misery that those wars have produced.
And all the jealousies and envy among people and families and nations, and all the hatred that has been in the world, and all the selfishness and greed and lust and lies that have been told, and all the murders and rapes and acts of violence that have been committed, as well as all the host of a multitude ungodly things that you can but mostly can’t imagine. All these things have proceeded from out of the heart of man – his soul.
JEREMIAH 17:9
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? – (It’s unfathomable)
There is a line from the chorus of the old song “They come from the East and West” written by Thoro Harris "My soul was as black as night, But darkness has taken flight; Now I shout the victory, For Jesus has set me free,"
*And so this once great character of man fell from the image and nature of God to being desperately wicked as a direct result of his unbelief in the word of God, because it is unbelief in the word of God that brings darkness into the soul – and so man’s soul went from being full of truth and light, into a state of darkness and ignorance.
*And this is why that we have all witnessed of what we have seen for the last 6000 years of the result of man’s soul becoming diseased and plagued with darkened and corrupted attributes of a fallen nature that God never intended for the human soul to have.
**When a person becomes sick in any way, and regardless of what realm that sickness is, there is one thing for sure, and that is that they are not living the quality of life that God intended for them to be living.
*This is why God had to set in motion His great redemptive plan of redemption, and so He paid the great price of what Christ did for us at Calvary in order to made a way back for man to be healed of the sickness of his darkened soul.
**And so He is now bringing a healing to the soul of man by sending the light of His eternal word of truth and life back into the possession of man again (of what Adam lost) by the opening of the seven seals of what He had sealed up of His word until this end time age.
*That is why the prophet of this generation could preach – “It IS the Rising of the SON”, and “There is a Man Here who Can Turn on the Light”… and all these kind of sermons showing us that it is the dawn of a new day – Shalom, good morning.

PSALM 107:14/20
14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder. (We notice here that before he broke their bands of what had bound them, He first had to bring them out of darkness and into light – out of Laodicea, and into the bride age. Because in order to remove darkness from someone, you need to introduce light, and we know that natural light is symbolic for the real light of the revealed truth of the word of God, and so we are talking about the healing light of His Word)
20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. (man has been destroying himself for the past 6000 years)
But then God heals that destructive nature of man by sending His word – and so for the soul of man to be healed, it requires the light of His word - but the full light of the word has been sealed up with seven seals until this end time age.

E-11…Did you notice what our Master said? He turned around, said, "I haven't found faith like that in Israel." See, see?
"Just speak the word; that's all you have to do," 'cause he knowed that every disease, and every affliction, and everything was under Christ's control. All He has to do is speak the Word.
And He sent His Word and healed them. See? So we know that we need His Word. It's the Word makes us free.

234 But many people has been taught, "Lay hands on them." The Bible said, "He sent His Word and healed them." Well, that's what He did just now, confirmed His Word, sent It to you, confirmed It, and It healed them. The Gentile said...
Jew said, "Come, lay hands on my daughter, she'll live."
235 The Roman said, "I am not worthy You come under my roof. Just say the word!" Uh-huh. That's what I'm trying to get you to believe, you see.
MALACHI 4:2a
2a But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings;
This word “Sun” here is speaking of a sun rise – we could maybe paraphrase this verse by saying - “the shining sun has risen with healing light proceeding from its rays” – This is speaking of a new day, of a new morning, a new beginning - it is the rising of the SON, it’s Shalom, it’s “Good morning friends” it’s a brand-new day, it’s the bride age, it’s the beginning of the eternal church age, it’s a brand new beginning of peace and everlasting prosperity.
**The darkness of the long night with all the gloom and uncertainty of everything of what darkness represents has finally (after 6000 years) been pushed away by the light of the rays of the rising of the SON light.
**And so this verse is speaking directly of this hour that we are living in right now, of when healing would follow the rising of the SON that has come to us in these last days by the voice of a message that has been sent to us just before the new day of the new millennium begins.
*It’s the light of the revealed word of this hour – The Healing Light of His Word to introduce us to a new day.
Let’s read this verse again…
MALACHI 4:2a
2a But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings;
*This word “healing” in the Hebrew is the word marpe' {mar-pay'} which is not just the healing of the body, but it also refers to the restoration of a sound mind, because when man’s soul fell from the nature of God, man’s thoughts also fell from soundness into a form of sickness – and with sickness comes pain, and we don’t need to look very far to see the pain of what the sickness of the mind of man has brought upon society - especially in these modern times.
* This word “healing” in the Hebrew also refers to the idea of prosperity, like a land that is not prosperous, but is then healed and brings forth great blessing and prosperity to all of its inhabitants.
**And so healing from God is not just restricted to the physical body, but it also applies to many other areas of life such as relationships that need healing, and land that is infertile that needs healing, and a lack of resources in your life that need healing, and then of course there is the healing of the human spirit and the human soul.
*And so God is bringing healing to the soul of man in this hour by the sending of the fullness of His word (the Logos of the thoughts of God) by the rising of the SON light, and this SON light was what has been sealed up in the two wings of the Old and New Testament, of which has now been made known to us in this hour through the channel and voice of the ministry of the seventh angel.
