The Title Deed Explained
GENESIS 2:16-17
16 ¶ And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: (God is speaking here about botonny life trees – of apples and pears and oranges and bananas)
17 But of the tree of the knowledge (We know that man is also referred to as a tree, and so this tree here was a person, just like the tree of life was a person also (Christ), because you don’t get knowledge by eating apples and bananas, you get knowledge from listening to words that proceed from people – and that is why you have to be careful of whose words you are listening to, because words are spirit, and spirits influence the way you think) of good and evil (notice – this “person” tree had a mixture of both good and evil knowledge. He had the knowledge that could invent a machine or something that would be able to bless and even save a man’s natural life, and yet with that same scientific knowledge he could invent an F-16 fighter jet that could destroy the lives of thousands of men in one single event), thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
GENESIS 3:9-11
9 ¶ And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?
10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. (We have heard that same voice of the tree of life in this day also – and we are not afraid this time)
11 ¶ And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? (notice here – Who “TOLD” thee that thou wast naked – the knowledge of their nakedness had come to them by what they had learnt by being told by someone – by being taught it) Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? (Their sin wasn’t their human bodies eating natural food, but it was their human spirit’s eating words that were contrary to the word and thoughts of God – and we notice here, that it was this eating of words that produced certain thoughts that was the thing that caused Adam to forfeit his Title Deed to the inheritance of the earth – and so this is why that in this end time hour, we are to also eat certain words of which the revelation of truth has conveyed to us, and by this eating, the power of the title deed of all that Adam lost in Eden would be given access to come back to us again.)
REVELATION 10:7-11
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
8 ¶ And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up (Eve didn’t eat an apple, and John didn’t eat a book – but it was the eating of information, and this information was the thing that produced either faith or doubt within the soul of man); and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
The Title Deed Explained
Last week we began to look at the subject of “Speak to This Mountain”, of how that when it comes to certain things in life, like moving a mountain, then that requires supernatural power. And we know by the teaching of the scriptures, that that supernatural power is governed by the spoken word – by speaking.
(Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea;) Because there are certain things and obstacles in life that are beyond human ability and strength to conquer, and therefore require the supernatural.
And so this is why we must learn to speak out the things that we need – as long as those things are in accordance with the will and commission of God for this hour.
*But last week, we didn’t get very far with this because we were finishing some thoughts from our previous two subjects of “Unseen Worlds’ and our Pre-Existence, Earthly Journey, and Eternal Destination.
**We ended last week by looking at these three major areas that have greatly and negatively affected man since the fall in Eden - of the condition of what man has fallen into from his original condition of eternal life and power and authority and dominion over the earth.
**And it has been these three things combined together that has been the cause of every evil that has resulted in all the suffering of humanity for the past 6000 years.
*Firstly - There was the fall of man away from the original nature and spirit of God that had dwelt within a man’s soul.
Because it was this nature of God that had dwelt in man and that had influenced his every thought from the inside of the control tower of his soul and out into the spirit of the thoughts of his mind, and then in turn, the thoughts of his mind controlled the outer realm of his body - and so by the nature of God being in the soul of man, then there was nothing in man that could ever cause him to sin or do wrong. But when that nature of God left the soul of man by unbelief of the word, then man’s thoughts began to become evil.
*Secondly - Was that the physical human body of man that would fall from a perpetual life of everlasting health and youth, to a temporal life of corruption and sickness and eventually death, and on top of that, he would also have to cope with a chemistry change in his body that would unleash within him a sexual pressure that would cause him to function in the ways of how the animal kingdom operates when it came to reproduction.
**And we are only aware of the tip of the iceberg of the unspeakable trouble of what this sexual pressure within man’s fallen chemistry has caused him down through history.
Look at king David’s struggles and how that damaged his life and the life of his sons as well as other. Look at Sampson’s downfall. Look at Sodom and Gomorrah and of why they were destroyed, and what happened with the Levite's concubine in the book of Judges and with the civil war that followed that of where tens of thousands of men died – all because of man losing the supernatural power of the spoken word, and fell into a fallen chemistry condition.
**Then thirdly - there is the cursed that was placed upon the earth itself, of the ground of which God would curse twice so that it would not produce the fullness of its life-giving resources.
And as time went on, and history was being written, this is what would be the cause of numerous famines, and want, and starvation, and land wars down through the stories of man’s existence.
So three things – Man’s fallen nature, Man’s fallen body, and Man’s fallen earth, and so redemption deals with the restoration of these three things back to their original condition of what they were before the fall.
*But we want to stop here and press pause on last week’s subject of “Speak to this Mountain”, and drop back a little in order to explain this term of the “Title Deed” that we read of in the message as the Holy Spirit unfolded it to us as the message progressed.
*And the Lord willing, we will try to pick up and continue with the subject of “Speak to this Mountain” in the new year because we barely got started last week.
This term “Title Deed” is a legal term that is generally use to describe a document that is written for the purpose of describing and details the legal title and ownership of a property, being mostly associated with land and house ownership, but the term can sometimes be used (in the leaser sense) for the ownership of a car or something else of significant value.
And so in basic terms, the “Title” is the legal description of the property (i.e. the location and size as well as noted potential mortgage and caveat details etc.), while the deed states the full names etc. of the details of the legal owner or owners of the property. And so the Title Deed contains the full description and legal details of the land and the ownership of the land.
***Yet if we stop and think of this a little deeper, this “Title Deed” document, in reality is actually just written words that have been placed on paper of thoughts that have come from the mind of a person, but yet we know that these words will actually have a great legal and powerful outworking in the real and everyday world of where we live.
*And so by this we can understand that there is this world of where a greater power resides in, and of which we cannot see into this world with the physical human eye, because it’s a different kind of world, because it’s the world of the written law.
***And so even though you cannot see this world with your physical eyes, this world is a world of a power that is often much greater than what lays in this physical world realm – because it is the power of the spoken word of what we call law, and it has a power that is a higher power of which is what governs over the things of this material world of what we can see and touch.
And so even though this “title deed” document of which we are talking about is simply a thing that is made up of words on paper, but those words contain a power that is able to govern over the things of this material realm, because these words, when revealed, they convey information in legal terms that give revelation and knowledge of property ownership – and so even though you cannot touch or feel those words, yet in this realm of the physical world that we live in, it is this title deed document of words that is the very thing of which has a governing power that controls over the realm of the material things of this world.
***And that is why that when the seven seals were opened in 1963 (and of what we don’t yet fully realize), is that the opening of those seals exposed very powerful documentation of words of a title deed that has now legally given us back everything of the power of the spoken word of what Adam lost in Eden – but we have to be retrained by God for a season until we come into the right maturity of character and of the knowledge of how to operate again within the laws of this restored power of the spoken word.
**In the beginning, Adam was the original owner of the entire earth, because he held this title deed ownership, and he also had the nature and character of God dwelling within him, and that also gave him access of fellowship with God – and he was also a god over the earth himself.
*And no doubt the animals looked up to him like how a dog will often worship his master, and so Adam was like an object of worship in a lesser sense, because the word god means an object of worship, and he was an amateur god over the earth.

E-9 Man was made as a secondary god on earth. He was given the power to control all things, all elements of the earth…
And Adam could speak to the winds and it would stop. He could speak to the trees and they would obey him. He could speak to the wildlife; it would obey him. He could speak to the waters, ever what it was. Everything obeyed Adam. (Notice – that it was natural for Adam to do those things, to speak to the wind and it would immediately stop, and things like that. But for us, those things have since become into the realm of what we call the supernatural, but under the advancement of the revelation of this hour, those things are beginning to come back into the reality of what we are to expect and what we are already seeing again in this hour)
Now, that is the beginning of man. That's what God give him power over: everything on the earth. Now, though the fall he lost that power, then he becomes unconscious of the fact, after losing his relationship and friendship, fellowship with the Father. Then he lost that. And all of his great channels become clogged up, and He couldn't get through.
Now, what Adam was in God, Christ has redeemed us back to that. Now, a redeemer, to redeem anything is to bring it back to it's--to it's origin again.

82-6 {99} …And when he (Adam) lost his Life, he also lost his inheritance in life, because he had completely supreme control of the earth. He was a god of the earth. God's the God of the universe, everywhere. But His son had this earth under his own control. He could speak; he could name; he could say; he could stop nature; he could do anything he wanted to. See? But when he did that, he lost his inheritance.
Now, Adam could say, "Let this mountain here be moved over there," and it would do it. Adam could say, "Let this tree here, be plucked up and planted over here"; it would do it (See?), for he had complete, supreme control, as a minor god under God our Father, because he was a son of God.
ROMANS 8:19
19 For the earnest expectation of the creature (Creature = creation – sea life, bird life, animal life, botany life) waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
This word “manifestation” refers to “a disclosure of truth, instruction, concerning things before unknown” And so this is what the opening of the seven seals was all about – it is the title deed of a document that had been sealed up, but when opened, then certain words would then be made known that will describe the details and the description of those who are the rightful and legal owners of the inheritance of the earth and of what Adam had lost at the beginning – because the deed cannot be enforced until it is back in the possession of the original owner - man.
Redemption is to bring back everything that was previously lost – and so what did Adam lose. He lost three things - Fellowship with God, Eternal Life, and the Ownership and supernatural power and dominion over the earth – the power of the spoken word that would unleash a supernatural power of what we saw when Jesus calmed the storm by just speaking to it, and then having it immediately obey him.
MARK 4:39-41
39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?
41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?
**This has also been repeated again in our generation of when God took a little hillbilly man who’s only desire was to be “Big Bad Bill” the prize fighting boxer, and caused him to come into a place of fellowship and character of God so that he was able to operate the supernatural power of the spoken word of what Adam and Jesus had.
We want to take these quotes in chronological order to see how the revelation of this unfolded to Brother Branham by the Holy Spirit.

123 Now, notice. What did we lose? Well, it was given to Adam to have Eternal Life, as long as he eat from the trees he had Eternal Life. And we notice again that Adam was the... He--he inherit the earth. He was the--like a--an amateur god over the earth. The earth was his. Everything was given unto his hand; he could do with it whatever he wanted to. He named it, and called it, and done whatever he wanted to. He was truly a son of God.
Now, in the fall Adam forfeited the title deed to that. He forfeited it to Satan. Satan took the title deed. Adam was very slothful, and he did not redeem his right for he could not redeem his right. But Satan, which does not rightfully own it, but he possesses that, he is the god of this earth. The Bible said so. He possesses that. Not because that he--that he--he really rightfully gets it, but he possesses it. Now, do you get it? Satan possesses that; he holds it into his hand. Death is in his hand; the earth is in his hand; the world belongs to him; every nation belongs to him; he governs and controls the whole world and everything in the world. Satan does.
…Adam's seed absolutely lost everything too. It's not the seed of Adam. No matter how much we try to beautify this world, and how much we try to make big fine homes and things, it still doesn't belong to Adam's seed. No, sir. It did not go to Adam's seed, no, sir, because Satan took it lock, stock, and barrel. Right. For Adam forfeited it.

161 Now, our Kinsman is handed the seven sealed Book of redemption from the original Owner, the original--the original Owner... When we lost it at the garden of Eden, through Adam, it went back to the original Owner. But there's been a poacher on the land, a squatter; that's Satan. He come over; he's a poacher. This earth don't belong to him; it belongs to God. But he's a poacher, a squatter. Man, I could say something right now, but I better not.
It is the title deed of our redemption, this seven-sealed Book. It's the title deed. You wait till we get into those seals.
He breaks the seals, reveals, gives us His inheritance to His people. He gives the inheritance that He inherited by becoming Kinsman Redeemer, and freely gives it out to us. It all belonged to Him. He was the One Who redeemed. But instead of keeping it Hisself, He gives it back to the people. That's His love for us. Oh.

56 Now, we find that He was our Kinsman Redeemer, and He took the Book out of the hand of the original Owner. It is a title deed to redemption. We found that. You remember the study? It's a title deed of redemption. It's an abstract deed with it, that God required life for death in the garden of Eden; then Jesus the righteous One died and took a title deed, and was able to break the Seals, reveal what was in them, and give the inheritance that belonged to Him to His people.

Here is the Book; here is the title deed; and It will be offered to the Kinsman Redeemer that can meet the qualifications. That's God's own law, and He can't defile His law--can't defy His Law, rather. See, God required a kinsman redeemer who was worthy, who was able to do it, who had the substance to do it.

For two thousand years He'd been back there, a Lamb. Now, He is stepping forth from eternity to take the title deeded Book, and to break the Seals, and reveal the mysteries. When of it? At the end time. Do you get it? All right, we'll go on then.
Now, break the Seals and release all the mysteries to them--to the seventh angel whose message is to reveal all the mysteries of God. The mysteries of God lays in these Seven Seals. See? That's what He said here. All the mysteries lays in these Seven Seals.

103-4 {244} Now, He has the Title Deed to redemption. He has it in His hand; mediation is done now. He has it in His hand. Remember, it's been in the hand of God all the time, but now it's in the hand of the Lamb.
Now, watch, the Title Deed of Redemption of all creation is in His hand, and He's come to claim it back to--for the human race, not claim it back to Angels; claim it back to the human which it was given for to make sons and daughters of God again, bring them back to a garden of Eden, everything they lost: the whole creation, the trees, the animal life, everything else. Oh, my. Don't that make you feel good? Whew.

105-1 {252} …Notice, when He took the Book, the Title Deed, sealed (Just get that in your mind, now.) and broke the Seals of the mystery to reveal them, to bring them to His... See? All of His redeemed subjects..
So the opening of the seven seals is the legal document that describes all of the inheritance of what Adam lost in Eden – and when the knowledge of that document is revealed and comes into the possession of man again, then the power of the enforcement of that title deed can then be enforced by the power of God.

111-2 {299} Talk about a jubilee, talk about a time when that Lamb walked forth... See, the Book's even sealed in heaven, the mysteries are. Say, "Is my name there?" I don't know; I hope it is. But if it is, it was put on the Book before the foundation of the world. But the first thing that represented that redemption, come the Lamb that had been slain from the foundation of the world. And He took the Book (Glory.) opened the Book, and tore off the Seals, and sent it down to the earth to His seventh angel to reveal it to His people.
So this is the great event of what has and is taking place in this day, because if we are to soon go into the great millennium, then the ownership of the earth must first be fully restored back to man again along with all the supernatural power of what Adam lost, because that ownership of the earth included the supernatural power of the spoken word of where Adam could speak to the storm, and speak to the tree to move it, and speak to the mountain to move it.
This is the power that the opening and the revealing of the Seven Sealed Title Deed has legally given back to us again in this day…
